ANother horrible move. I liked Brajkovic, now I here he's going to waste all his talent to be a domestique.
Well, talking about Tour for sure, but he said that he would be one of the main riders for Giro or Vuelta. Considering Tour, he did state: "After some time my turn will come for it(to ride for the GC)."

Yeah right. He'll just be another mountain train robot. Uran, Henao and Porte already have the Giro. Henao, Uran and Froome have the Vuelta. Port, rogers, Wiggins Froome, Sivtsov have the Tour. Where does Gianni fit in?

That would be fantastic move for Brajkovic. Sky is excatly the team he needs to become great. Would be great signing for Sky as they could turn him into proper GC conteder.
Appollonio leaving was obvious, didn't get chances at bigger races - and doesn't produce at the smaller ones too. Sky saw Appo 2 years ago as much bigger talent that he is ( looking so far ) . AG2R is a good move for him.

Nahh. Froome is staying at Sky till 2014 and this will be this way. Brajkovic will be repalcement for someone like Rogers - however Brajkovic has much more talent than Rogers and so I expect him to really show off at Sky.
So far Sky seem to be signging Rohan, JTL and Brajkovic. Looks good so far.
Barry ( so unlucky in Wallonie ) Zandio, Appo will leave. Few others too.

So PCM-like moves for Sky. replace their useless domestiques for possible leaders.
And Alakagom, how do you see Gianni going to Sky as good for him? He's replacing Rogers, who had had about zero chances to lead this year. With the addition of JTL, and improving Froome/Porte/Henao, I don't see a leading spot for him next year either.
I say go to Liquigas to replace Nibali, or GE to be their number one GT leader.

It's a bad move for Brajkovic, that's for sure. Looks like he enjoys beeing a helper. Helper at Discovery, helper at Radioshack and now helper at Sky. He only had one chance of leading a team and it was this year. Altough not a brilliant year, he still manages a good Tour. Shame for seeing him at Sky, making part of the Train. |

You've said this about everyone who has been even remotely tied to Sky. There is no way they could turn him into a GT contender because he wouldn't get leadership or even freedom to ride for himself.

I think it is Rohan Dennis because this was mentioned during the Tour Down Under |

The fact that Sky can buy leaders and use them as helpers, shows that they have too much money. Of course, unlike BMC, who also have too much money, Sky do have know-how. Unfortunately, their system makes races much more predictable. I can only hope several Sky-riders choose to become leaders in other teams instead of being part of a winning team as a helper.
