Guys if you please re-read the first posts we don't give any clear release dates. Please keep in mind that we all do it in our free time and can't always commit multiple hours a day into a db.

As far as I know it will only be a stats update of which all have been done. So unless there are any additions that I'm not aware of (as I only do stat related work) we shall soon see.
Most of the stats are expected with some stretch outs as will be seen but the most radical stat is with Roglic as we kind of agreed with Andrew Taylor's assessment in that he only really smashes his opponents of short to medium climbs and suffers on the longer ones. In fact when he finished second on the hardest mtn stage of the Tour this year that was probably his best performance on a long mtn as he normally loses quite a bit time, for example imo if Carapaz had attacked earlier in the Vuelta he may have lost that race. So we've dropped his mtn for now to 81 and raised his hill to 80 hill to try an make him more punchy and even an 80 mtn was considered as well. I still think at 81/80 or 80/80 with those high back-ups he's still going to be the best GT rider overall. In fact if this idea works with Roglic we may well adjust in the future the differentials of the mtn and hill stats of the GT contenders
As for sprinters we are trying to fix this bit by and have just gone for now to drop some of the accs of leadouts so that they don't tire their main sprinter too early but as said before this is something that we will look at more for next season.

Hi guys,
How would you rate Mattias Skjelmose Jensen after this UAE Tour? Full stats and Potential?
And how about Jonas Vingegaard? I’d say he needs some better TT stats. 13th in UAE Tour (13 km) and 7th in Post Danmark Rundt 2019 (17 km). 63/65 seems a little low.
Finally I feel like Fuglsang needs a lower SPR stat. 70 makes him able to compete with up and coming sprinters in the game. Guys who would smoke him in real life sprints. |

Vingegaard TT has been increased to 71/73 TT/Pro and Skjelmose Jensen is currently 73/70 in climbing 69 flat and 72 res with the rest of his stats mostly in mid 60s and potential is 6. Didn't think that Fuglsang's sprint was that high at 70 but could be a point of two less.
Skjelmose Jensen is probably better than these stats but probably not a great idea to increase him yet after just one early season race, what would you stat him?

Please remember that Skjelmose Jensen was an uber TTer as a junior!
https://www.procyclingstats.com/race/...8/stage-3b
Over 2 seconds per KM on second place
https://www.procyclingstats.com/race/...8/stage-2a
We all know now what equaling Remco's time in a TT means...
So I'd maybe rather stat him as a rouleur-TTer with good climbing.

Skjelmose is definitely more of a climber than a time triallist. His WT contract was pretty secure after his best performance in 2020, the climbing stage at the Tour of Antalya, where he put the fastest time after starting from far back due to a crash.
Also we should be careful considering his Junior results as more than an indicator, as he got banned for doping violations as an u23-rider. I follow him pretty closely and think he'll become a very good rider, but most likely as a stage racer.

We're working on it. We realize it's taking a bit, but as always we prioritize quality over quickness and we are, after all, a small team with lots of other stuff going on. But I'm pretty optimistic that when we'll release it, it will have been worth the wait

I am no stat specialist but here are a few main takeaways from the races i watched:
- MvdP defo needs his hill stat in the 8/81 range to compensate for his low mtn
- WvA deserves 80 sprint after Tirreno and maybe even a mountain upgrade
- Bennett should have 83 sprint, with ewan hill stat being boosted after MSR
- Increasing Cavendish's support stats slightly so he actually stays in the peleton for the sprint lol
- small mtn increases for schachmann, Valverde and chaves could be on the cards
- Viviani should get his supports stats cut, but keeping him at 80 spr
obv a lot more things that you guys picked up, but thats my current takeaways |
