Found an interesting short German article (https://www.radsport-news.com/sport/sp...106192.htm). According to that, Burgos will apply for PCT hoping for a Vuelta Wildcard. Beneath the mentioned Mendes and Herklotz also Mamykin will join the team coming from Katusha.
