No way they'll stay away till the Alpe, the only question is if they can make Froome crash or forget to eat properly

Who is this guy?
I'm watching ITV ad breaks so have Phil and Paul and he's making them sound good.
FYP
True
A couple of years ago they predicted all day that someone would attack at the bottom of the Tourmalet. Just before the start of the climb they went to an ad break and sure enough, when they came back reported that someone had attacked. Genius. |

They can happilly give Conta a minute and take far less risks, no point trying to match him. |

Valverde's on Froome's wheel easily. Can't see Bollema

Would any eating now have time to digest to be important for the end? It seems like too short a period of time and would probably have more effect tomorrow.

Can vouch for that just had a choclate biscuit in support of the riders and instantly felt stronger. |

I would have thought that carbs would be far more important and that he would have had more than enough in his system from eating earlier. Of course I know almost nothing about this sort of stuff, but this just seems logical to me.

Seems like this part of France would be perfect for some kind of holiday, since i really love mountain-holidays, and i prefer these little villages. We'll see.
Great job on Moser's stats , Alak.
