Fixed that for you

Nah, if my star calculation is right, it's gonna be close for each of them...
78 is a possiblity, but 81 is as well.
Only guy I'm nearly sure of is Olivier...

Looks like a nice young team. One question what is your calendar? |

Ah yeah, my calendar.
My calendar
January+February is all Sprint + Hilly for me, New Zealand Cycle Classic + Bessèges + Valley of the Sun + South Africa .
In March, the cobblestone kick in. A lot of cobbled races, some 1.2, some 1.1. (and Driedaagse of West-Vlaanderen )
After that(end of March), I'll do some races that finally got a real profile(well, not in the Daily DB, since it was made after that was made, but just downloaded them myself)
That is, Istrian Spring Throphy , Coppi e Bartali & Circuit Ardennes . In between there's Mont et Chateaux , for the cobblers.
Most of them are Hilly/Sprint, but Coppi e Bartali got a mountain stage. I just wanted to play it.
Tim Wellens will lead all those hilly races, and De Bie will lead the cobbled ones. Wellens can also climb a bit, so Coppi e Bartali is no problem.
After that, at the end of April, I'll do Bretange , some one-day's and Tour of the Gila .
A small break, and then I do Tour de Beauce . Of course, after that, the NC's.
You might notice that I skipped the only Dutch 2.2 race, Royal Dutch Olympia. Well, I played that so much in my careers. Same goes for Frulia Venezia, which is quite an enjoyable race.
After the NC's, I've got a lot of one-day races, and Trofeo Augustinho . Then, the climbing starts. Tour of Alsace is up first, then Paris - Corrèze (Tour of Pyrenéés is played too much by me), then Vuelta Leon and the most enjoyable .2 race in my opinion: Giro della Valle d'Aosta Some One-day races are in between btw.
After that, there are some mountains left in Il Padania , in September.
Then, the sprinters are going to do Tour of Britain , in a great form, secretly hoping for a stage-win(Groenewegen probably developed by then). And then Gévaudan Langedoc & some one-day races left. Piccolo Giro d'Lombardia has my interest, never played it(although I just saw it's fake stage )
Peak Races
Peak races are:
- Tour of South Africa: Hoping Ciolek doesn't participate for MTN. It's a nice race, and I've got a strong line-up there(Wellens + Groenewegen)
- Le Samyn - West Vlaanderen - Porec - Nokere Koers - Mont et Chateux(so whole March) Cobblers peak, obviously
- Istrian + Coppi e Bartali + Circuit Ardennes - The puncheur peak for the year, with Wellens probably capable of some results.
- Bretagne + Gila - Groenewegen is gonna hunt for stage-wins here.
- NC's - Going on CQ points hunt here
- Alsace + Valle D'Aoste, also a bit Il Padania - The climbers peak for the year
- Tour of Britain - As said, other teams probably not in a great form, or racing an other race. Groenewegen will be in a great form, obviously.
Well, this is my calendar.
It's quite a wall of text, but if you are interested in it, I don't mind.
I was planning to keep you updated on the most important races anyway

Okay, sorry for that.
Well, some guys have trouble writing difficult Dutch(well, more Flemish, whatever) names, and I have trouble with Portuguese names
Yeah, it turned in to a big wall of text btw, but Alex was curious about it

Currently in my 2nd Season with a custom team. I'm using the latest PCMDatabase, and planned my season with Lachi's planner.
But i'm currently riding the Tour of Turkey and there is only 46 particpants! Seem rather a low turnout to me! |

Started a career with Colombia Coldeportes. Goal is simple: become a top team with only Colombian riders. Going for promotion this year. Tirreno and Giro are biggest races we will participate in.
January was great with Duarte winning San Luis and a stage there while Romero also top 5'd two sprints. Chaves season deput was not as great with only 14th in the Mediterranae. Now racing Andalucia against the likes of Contador, Rodriguez, Valverde and Sanchez.

Good luck with the WT sprints next year! Although I had a good Colombian sprinter talent in my game multiple times...
This idea is basically something I wanted to do at first, although starting a level lower, with a custom team.

Signings for next year are Henao and Uran and Betancour? |

ING - Shell Pro Cycling Team
Had a lot of free time, and played a lot.
New Zealand Cycle Classic was decent for the team, Slik managed a 4th place in the GC, due to a third place in the prologue.
The team stood no chance in Bessèges , Démare for example was there. I decided to simulate most of the stages, we had no right to be riding there...
The form of Wellens, Groenewegen & Slik got better and better though.
Next up was Valley of the Sun . Some good TTist were there for the decisive 22km TT, but bad form certainly, Slik had the provisional best time for a long time, then almost the last cyclist, Jaques-Maynes, overtook him, and Wellens could secure a second place right after that. So a 2-3, but no win. The sprint stages went bad though, too many good sprinters. Nevertheless, a second place in the GC.
Last race in February is Tour of South Africa . Wellens, Groenewegen & Slik all participating, all in top-form. The startlist looked strong in terms of sprinters, but Wellens is the best puncheur in the peloton.
Stage 2 resulted in the first win for the team. Wellens with a splendid solo attack on a hill close to the end. Even better, Slik got 2nd in a small group behind.
Note: It's not like Wellens won with 2 minutes, the others are just around the first corner. And yes, I mistimed my screenshot
Haven't played further than that, yet.

Raced three more races. The GP Bruno Cerami in France where Downing scored an eighth place in a race won by Maximme Vantomme ahead of Napolitano. Then I raced the Katokeers in Belgian where Downing managed a second place just inches away from Stefan Van Dijk from Accent Wantys. And finally there was the GP San Giuseppe where Downing got 5th place. I know a very Downing based results but 1 - The tracks favored him and 2 - I did try an attack with Ian Bibby in the last race and he got caught on the last KM. Now off to Volta ao Alentejo. |

Decent results for the team. Nothing amazing(though Kattekoers 2nd is quite good) yet, the next win might be close. Alentejo might be a good opportunity for that

Indeed. This results did bring me a bit down to earth. Now I hope to do good in Alentejo though I know the Portuguese and Spanish Continental teams will cause me trouble. As well as Rabobank CT and Rick Zabel
Edit: My eventual goal is to make it a 100% full British and Irish team sort of like I once expected Sky would be.

No Tirreno wild card. That means an altered fitness plan for Chaves and Atapuma hopefully including the Vuelta!

Getting wildcards with a medium PCT team is very hard sometimes
