I don't know, I think Garmin would be a better fit for him.
A move to Ag2r would be good, so he can actually lead races.
Serioudly, working for Contador, Fuglsang, or Kreuzinger all the time isn't great IMO.
Roche has age and experience on his side. Danielson and VDV are both on the tail end of their careers. Zabriskie is even getting old and only shows up for the TOC. Talansky and Stetina have bright futures, but still have plenty of room to grow. Martin should have a very good year next year as he did not suck as bad as I thought in the TT's at the tour. I think Roche would be an excellent fit since he fits into the mold of not being overly expensive, it's a predominately anglo team, and he's still young enought to benefit from a change of pace without too much pressure. |

Betancur and Appollonio are close to signing with AG2R (translation from Google):
The Colombian Carlos Alberto Betancur (Acqua & Sapone) and Italian Davide Appollonio (Sky), both of the generation of 89, are close to sealing a deal with the AG2R-La Mondiale and become part of the French team of Vincent Lavenu.
They would be great signings for AG2R but I get the feeling that Betancur could find a better team.

I was pretty sure Betancur was going to sign with Liquigas, what a shame. I hope he doesnt sign with AG2R.

If Davide does go and Cavendish possibly also, then that leaves Sky with just Boasson Hagen and Swifty |

Poor Sky, only Swift and EBH...
I doubt Cav is goinh to go to Ag2r, even if he does leave, so don't worry.

Sutty just means in general because Appollonio was their fourth sprinter.

Why do they need 4 sprinters? They hardly used their best one.

Wrong thread I think. Was probably supposed to be in "He'll sign for".

It is rumoured that Brajkovic will leave Astana and head to Sky. In the newspaper that I have read recently, it is stated by him that he himself talked to Sky cyclists and Rogers helped him in one of the climbs - probably not a coincidence I'd say.
One of the other interesting things was how his teammate refused to give him a "bidon" in one of the stages, saying: "Go get it yourself." Does tell a lot about the attitude Brajkovic's so called helpers had towards him. With this new season Vino is most likely to get even more influence in the Kazakh team.
Later on he added that British way of thinking suits him better compared to his current and soon to be former team - it's fairly obvious Astana won't have much room for the Slovenian in the future, the transfer rumours about Schlecks and Nibali. Brajkovic to Sky? Very likely.
