This will turn out to be a thriller, Novo will have to fight day by day to limit any time loss. There is a long way to the end of stage 15 , will watch nervously with fingers crossed

VUELTA COLOMBIA
Stage 6 – Socorro – Tunja – 165.2km
MOUNTAIN – Infantino/Colombia Claro
SPRINT - Infantino/Colombia Claro
Infantino/Colombia Claro went clear after the first mountains classification and has rapidly built up a lead of over nine minutes
The peleton has already been dramatically reduced due to the pace and the terrain
SPRINT - Infantino/Colombia Claro
Colombia are doing most of the work at the front of the peleton, they must have something planned for the end of the stage
MOUNTAIN – Infantino/Colombia Claro
Colombia are continuing to ride fast and in doing so the numbers within the peleton are getting lower and lower
SPRINT - Infantino/Colombia Claro
A dangerous break of three riders has managed to detatch itself from the main pack, they are Efapel Glassdrive duo Duran (6th @9.30) and Ribeiro (7th @ 11.00) and Colombia rider Duarte (5th @ 9.02)
MOUNTAIN – Infantino/Colombia Claro
Our leader approaches the last ten kilometres with 2m 25s on the three chasers
Team Novo Nordisk have stepped on the gas in an attempt to reduce the arrears, although it may be too little too late
In to the final kilometre for our brave Colombian
And he holds on for a Great solo victory against the odds

VUELTA COLOMBIA
Stage 7 – Puente Boyaca – Duitama – 136.8km
MOUNTAIN – Tamayo/4-72 Colombia
SPRINT - Tamayo/4-72 Colombia
Maes/Colba Superhano and Tamayo/4-72 Colombia are the two riders who have gone clear today
Neither rider is a threat on the General Classification
Once again its Colombia who are the driving force in the peleton
SPRINT - Tamayo/4-72 Colombia
SPRINT - Maes/Colba Superhano
Enger/Team Novo Nordisk looks pretty comfortable at the moment
Our duo are on one of the narrow sections of road and have just been told by the race organisers that there lead is 1m 35s
MOUNTAIN – Tamayo/4-72 Colombia
Two at the front has become eight with the arrival from behind of Baez/EPM-UNE (9th-GC), Duran/Efapel Glassdrive (5th-GC), Bauer/Team Novo Nordisk (7th-GC), Peeters/Colba Superhano (3rd- GC), Ricardo Diaz/4-72 Colombia (2nd-GC) and Gonzales/Aguardiente (13th-GC)
Bauer sits at the back and doesn't involve himself in the attack due to his team mate wearing the Leaders jersey
Enger is being safely delivered to the finish by Efimkin and Bauer
But they can only watch as Duque/Colombia narrowly beats Guama/Aguardiente to the win

hillis91 - Thanks for the nice words mate it means a lot and to me PCM12 is still the best edition
Aquarius97 - In total there are 15 stages and there are two mountain top finishes left, a lot of smaller climbs and a last day time trial |
