I did it during career indeed. Maybe that's it.
Though it's odd that the error is still there after an entire season, you'd think it'd be fixed when loading a new season. |

Have you tried editing the stats to how they were pre-edit? Try mirroring an unedited version of the db, and see if that makes it work.
If it does, then you know the problem revolves around the change of Belgium and Poland and you might be able to see what went wrong. If it doesn't then the issue could be something else completely and you are looking in the wrong place...

I already tried changing the columns back to the way they were (Belgium 7 riders etc), but that didn't work.
Anyway, I'll try something else, but I haven't got time right now. |

The easiest way to copy the DB is to move the save game file into the main DB folder. Then go into options and pick that DB to run then go into stage race mode. Simple copy and paste.

Does that work? I thought that'd give problems because of all the stuff careers generate.

I did that with the Comeback, I had exactly the same problem for my final WC race.

I recognise that crash timing from when I have been playing around with ManGame stuff, and having looked at your file, I think I know what the problem could be.
When the race is loading, I can see that 26 teams are included in the race.
From my experience, whenever 26 or more teams are in a race, that crash happens. 25 teams is the most PCM can handle in a single race. Remove one of the national teams from the race, and I think that will work

Thanks for the big tips, SportingNonsense and Mresuperstar!
I'll try to erase one national team first, and if that fails, I'll try Mre's way!
Hope this is a breakthrough ![Wink](../images/smiley/wink.gif) |

I have been able to race the WC in classic mode with the current database in the career.
So if you're still interested, I'll be continuing this story now! Though with a much slower pace since I have two new instruments since last Friday... But still, one update per day at the least ![Wink](../images/smiley/wink.gif)
EDIT: though my motivation has taken a minor blow from the WC problems. I won't be giving a big report on the race, sorry for that. Need some time to get back into the flow of the story.

And so we continue!!
It was my first time at the World Championships and I must say it was an amazing experience. right now I'm on the plane back home, so I don't have a lot of time to tell you what went down, but I'm sure you caught it live!
I made a dream debut and I'm pretty sure I got my name across the world today.
Profile
![i1322.photobucket.com/albums/u569/IanButlerPCM2/IanButlerPCM2077/deadead_zps344bc69a.jpg](https://i1322.photobucket.com/albums/u569/IanButlerPCM2/IanButlerPCM2077/deadead_zps344bc69a.jpg) This was the profile. A tough, mountainous terrain around Beijing. Among the favorites: Gilbert, Valverde, Rodriguez, Martin, Kwiatkowski, Gerrans, Nibali. Let's say the terrain featured possiblities for punchers, climbers and even great descenders.
My race is fairly easy to tell. Way easier to tell than to live, really.
After an amazingly fast first hour, I got away from the peloton... alone.
I rode 173 km in the front line alone today. When I was finally picked up by the first attacking favorites, I put my final energy into helping Gilbert chase four leaders. By then I was so close to the finish that I even had a chance of a nice ranking. In the end, I finished 17th, after one hell of a ride!

Wow, 173 km alone at the front, what a great ride from Matthias and still time to help Gilbert get the bronze medal ![Smile](../images/smiley/smile.gif)

Truly an outstanding performance by Matt. I'm sure most people knew his name since Roubaix anyway but those people who only tune in for the Tour de France and the World Championships will do now too. This wasn't a good course for him, but alas, it shows his fighting spirit to participate in such a fabolous manner.
