Grats to Sagan, he definitely deserved it. Best of the break and perhaps of the entire peloton.

About the classics discussion, it's ironic and funny, because all the silly one-day races that are never considered classics, often call themselves classics:

Dutch Food Valley Classic
Handzame Classic
World Ports Classic
Vattenfall Cyclassics

I mean, come on... do they really think that by calling themselves a classic, they are actually becoming one?

Yeah, World Port Classics aren't even a one-day race Pfft
I think they just like it as a name, makes it look more interesting.

The only concrete definition is any race with the name "classic" in the title isn't one...

Although, to be fair, the Cyclassics are the most important German one day race and usually have a pretty decent start list. But you probably can't call it a classic if it hasn't even existed for more than 20 years.
