09 MSR on easy mode. It was my first race and I attacked for fun with WC Alessandro Ballan on the long climb at MSR and the peleton wasn't terribly interested in chasing for some reason. |

Mine was a mass sprint with Romans Vainsteins. Yep, a boring one.

PCM 07. Tour Down Under Stage 1. As Sanier Duval - Prodir on easy I attacked with around 15km to go I think and soloed to the line. Can't remember the rider name though. My first ever race, didn't know much about the game so that win was preet sweet Next stage I attacked with my whole team with 20km to go. Can't remember if it worked out

Cyclingmanager 04...
I broke away from the pack with Weseman about 10km to go and somehow managed to cerate a gap on a quite easy hilly stage... Was probably my only win on normal in that game as well, cause shortly after that I found out that there was an easy mode as well... (and after a while I just lost interest in the game before I rediscovered the PCM series in 08)

Hehe, I remember'd my first career. It was on the first PCM (2005). Great team with Cunego and Simone but couldn't win anything in the 4 months I played it. Except off the KoM jersey in Paris - Nice with Franzoi.
My first victory was in my next career with Rabobank. It was Sentjens who won a stage from a breakaway down under. Erik Dekker won two other stages that race.

Cyclingmanager 04 as well.
Team Wiesenhof: Enrico Poitschke winning a stage in Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana or Vuelta a Murcia. Not 100% sure which one it was but I always started my season there. |

PCM (05), with Vinokourov on a mountain stage. Don't remember the race, but it was pretty early in the season. Might have been in Langkawi.

Most likely L. Jalabert, or perhaps Ullrich in CyM1. Not too sure (I played it at a friend before borrowing the game from him). |

My first time (that sounds strange, right?) was in PCM07, winning some stage with O'Grady, just dont remeber what stage it was.
But i was playing 08 much more and i remember almost everything from that year, i was playing that for like two years and i just came very very near to do a triple GT win in a year with Contador on normal. He was going to Vuelta as the double GT winner and he exploded in final week as he was terribly tired.
Edit:Later i bought and played some older editions too, to make a collection. Now i am pretty pissed, as i wanted to try my favourite 08 again and i cant find a DVD, the box is just empty. I had to leave it somewhere during one of my adress changes I will probably look into some not so legal source, as i already bought it, just lost it.

Cunego on Alpe d'Huez in PCM08.
After lots of stages where I tried to attack with the favourite right from the start, I finally figured it could be smart to save the energy for later.

It was pcm 05 for discovery. Max van Heeswijk in a sprint somewhere I think.

I think I won the Tour of Mallorca with Valverde in PCM 08. I only really played mountain stages or atleast the decisive stages of stage races, and that was one of the first hillystages of the year for Caisse.
I also remember making Oscar Pereiro sprinter for some reason Most memorable win was Cunego at the Giro, where I think he won almost all the stages by attacking middle of the mountain stages.
PCM 08 was such a great game. I kinda miss when I was pretty clueless about all the riders, and learning who everyone was with the game as it was really helpful with that.
BTW Avin, PCM 2008 is on Steam and it was on sale for 3.99 a few weeks ago. Could probably get it cheap during another sale.

Can't remember mine. Might have been on CyM2 because I remember the bug that saw Euskaltel release a number of riders |
