Can't find that one either, but you can re-create it.
I found two fonts that looks almost the same:
Mrs Greenv Medium Condensed
Ginkgo Pro Italic (I'd personally go for this one)

Did anyone notice the WWF logo on the Garmin jersey? (On the back) They're working together with the WWF.

Looks fine, but there are something you could do to improve the jersey. The stitchings looks wrong to me, and one of the Focus logos on the shorts is placed on a stitching, that is for sure not supposed to be like that.
I also think your Descente logo looks a bit wrong/weird, this one is better:
