But i can fall back on storiesm Man-Game and UCPCL as excuses
Its the oddest injury. At first i thought it was a groin strain or hyper-extension, but the locking thing and the fact it keeps lingering means i have no clue. Seeing him in the week, so should find out by the end of the month.
As long as it sorts itself out before Handball pre-season in August

In other news my hip injury has now been referred to a specialist. I did something (no idea what) to it over a month ago, and now every time i do exercise (i.e. a 1 mile walk) it starts hurting and then locks up. As a result of this (and various other niggles and injurys) i have ridden a grand total of 17miles this season...
I now what hell is. It is glorious clear blue skies, 20C+ temps, light breeze, rolling roads... and no way to cycle
umm...what are niggles? I've never heard of that word, actually.

Niggle: Something small and apparently inconsequential but possibly annoying. Think small bruises, rashes, pains, etc.
Ever heard the term "Niggling injury"?

Niggles: Recurring and/or small injures (not an official definition)
For example my left ankle is a constant niggle following a string of sprains and twists. Now it is a niggle as its usually aching or hurting in some fashion. Same with my coccyx.

Okay, get it now. No one seems to use it around here.

Speaking of injuries - sprained my ankle in a game two weeks ago:
Really didn't want to miss today's game, though, so I had it taped up, used an ankle brace, got through it and can now enjoy the first victory of the season. 21-20, so a bit nerve wrecking, to say it the least, and I assume the ankle will complain tomorrow - but definitely worth it. |

Tell me about it... Ive been out for the last three weeks, and my Hipflexors are only slowly recovering... Meanwhile its the perfect weather to get a few early season races in to get close to a PB, but I am afraid I am gonna miss 2 races over my distances already...I am quite pissed about it... I may be able to finally start some easy running sessions again next weekend, so I am hopeful that I can finally use the great weather for some proper training (though my exams finish the 21st, and it usually starts raining as soon as im finished...)

my constant claf problems are (well hopefully were) a result of weak ankles... My Physio adviced me to strengthen them by standing on one foot whenever it is possible (like brushing your Teeth or cooking)... Have you ever tried to strengthen your ankle that way?

I keep having the weirdest dreams ever. Actually, almost every night I get an amazing idea through a dream yesterday I woke up with a awesome remake of Hit The Road, Jack. I just walked up to my piano and played it, it worked! Today I woke up with an amazing plot for a book, might just use it to write (probably short story, though) one day! |

You'd love Uni. You wake up, if its early you go in. If its late you don't

Geography 1st Year... In my defense all lectures are online, and everything is A Level (high school) standard anyway, or 90% bullcrap
