He can't beat Sky unless he's doping. At least, that's what Wiggo says.
Poor Wiggo, next year he will get his ass kicked. I'm just seeing Contador attacking, Schleck following or the reverse, Froome trying to go too and Wiggins completely stopping on the road
There's one more guy (I just hope he prepares and has some luck for once).
That one guy isn't at Contador/Schleck II level.

I first thought Gesink, but kumazan's remark remains true for both. |

I'm assuming Samu, but it'd fit just as well for Antón.
And Gesink.

One of the three judges for the Contador hearing was israeli. Bjarne had a chat with him and the rumours of a bribe started.
Then Riis signed Margaliot, Saxo went on a PR tour of Israel (Contador playing football with israeli kids was fun to see) and the guy voted innocent......but the other two judges didn't so the decision was 2-1 in favor of a conviction.
Then the guy pushed for Contador's sanction to be retroactive, and he managed to convince the rest of the judges' panel.
So yeah, Margaliot was worth every penny spent signing him. Whenever his contract ends Riis will tell him to f*** off.

Exactly what you would expect from Riis then...
How hard can it be?

Look on the bright side: The israelis made Contador do hard labour

And AmazingInsightIsso strikes again
I thought it had to do with ranking points again, but that's...interesting, to say the least.

Speaking of Riis signings, it's no wonder there's so many rumours.
To a Danish newspaper, he said he expects to sign 10 new riders. So still 9 spots left |

Guys, there are many rumors going on about super-teams like Astana, Saxo or BMC, but what about the smaller ones like Vancansoleil, Lampre, AG2R, FDJ, Euskaltel? The future of Katusha might be also interesting.
What about Hinault, Petacchi, Spezialetti or Oscár Freire? They won't be any younger, they won't deliver better results, so if we look at the truth: most riders at the age of 40 will not ride like Voigt or Horner did at this years TDF.
On the other hand, I don't think that extra-domestic teams like Euskaltel or FDJ can stay at the Pro Tour for long, so they should get some new riders if they care about their future. What do you think? |

FDJ should keep their sprinters and Pinot, it will be enough.
Euskaltel needs to stay with their policy, but should try to promote Basque cycling, so they will get more potential stars, if they don't have enough already, with Sicard, Landa and Bilbao.

Speaking of Sicard, does anyone know what has happened to him?
He's been useless for two seasons in a row now, and didn't exactly shine back in 2010 either, although he was second on a Dauphiné stage. Last year not a single CQ point, this year a few from finishing races.
Wasn't he supposed to be one of cycling's biggest talents?

Just thought of this:
Boasson Hagen > Rabobank?
Rabobank lacks a top sprinter, as Bos and Renshaw aren't really doing great atm. Edvald can go for his own chance there, and will have Renshaw and maybe Bos as a leadout.

Renshaw will most likely go to Sky at the end of the season, but I like your idea. EBH would be a great fit for Rabo |

A move to Ag2r would be good, so he can actually lead races.
Serioudly, working for Contador, Fuglsang, or Kreuzinger all the time isn't great IMO.
