Pretty two good sprint stages for us, hunting KoM (though with not the best rider), and loaned in Royan grabbing some points by leading the U25.
Hoping Rochas and Lafay are warming their legs for when the road will rise!
Thanks for the very nice reports red!

Another great leadout by Conti and Gibbons doing what he does just consistently able to place in these races he's been a great source of points this year
thanks for the report |

Cool to see Belevics in the break again, and still in 5th position GC-wise.
That will change tomorrow, for sure
Thanks a lot red! |

Pity there isn't another sprint tomorrow as Zhao has been gradually working his way to a top 10. Tough field for him but a couple of guys weaker than him on paper have been consistently better. His contract renewal was also a close call and definitely tipping no at this point.
Much better news is the CT teams taking more of the points and Yates very nicely placed, clearly paying a lot of attention. Rodriguez consistently in the top 20, hopefully he has been looking after Adam and not wasting too much time on Zhao.
Fun starts tomorrow although I wouldn't be totally surprised to see a break win.

Great consistency from Gibbons and the team.
And from Enger with three podiums plus GC lead.
I'm content with Hamza in 7th. It doesn't do much, but we can't expect more in this field.

We would love a win at some point here, but Enger is showing up on every stage at least.
Also cool to see our former sprinter Carsi doing some damage early in the race.

Chavanne slipping back a bit was always to be expected now that he's not in yellow anymore, but still at least putting in a shift. Wondering if there was a point on offer for 15th prompted me to look at the points scales again and made me realise he actually hasn't been picking up any points finishing in 10th either so maybe I was a bit too full of praise for him earlier
Nice to see Rogora active again, once again barely any points in it but every little counts and it's just nice to get some exposure for our sponsors in the breakaway for a change.
As others have said, the real racing begins today, so very excited to see how Buitrago goes. Could the last ramp be an opportunity for him to lay down an early marker? Or better play it safe and wait for a more selective stage?

Conti continuing his strong first few stages there with our 3rd podium of the race all going well and Smith still with the main group and moving up a few spots the next few stages will be very telling as to how well he can go overall.
Thanks for the reports |

Misbah didn't look his best but he did manage to avoid losing time, hopefully he finds his legs as the stages keep getting harder.

Strong leadouts all week isn't nothing I guess. Adomaitis with his best results of the season as well, but still no podium is disheartening. Hayakawa taking the last sprint feels like a slap in the face, but hey, congrats.
Jorgenson showing his strength right from the get go must be reassuring for Mre. Congrats, man! Not great to see Uwi lose time already. Riccitello already 4min behind Rodriguez too. Waiting for better days here.
The reports have been wonderful, thanks!

Novak and Bernard in Top 10 is good sight for us. This keeps Novak in touch with the favourites.
Also, top notch reporting as usual

Wow, we're BY FAR the worst team in the team rankings, and we're lucky if we get ONE rider in top 50, haha. Didn't think we would suck this much, to be honest, but lets see if at least this gives us more opportunities in breakaways
Really entertaining reports, thank you redordead! |

Was stressed when it said Carlos was missing from the front group but glad he got back and didn’t lose time. Excited to have that white jersey as well! Hope he can hold it until the end and get us some great points!

Very comfortable stage and Cabrera picking up 4th was nice and 3 in the front group plus the teams lead. Probably not ideal to have Jorgenson getting time bonuses on a stage like this but probably weren't going to beat him anyway so maybe better him than one of other GC guys.
Would have been nice to keep the gap on Misbah and the others but maybe this means they can put him in trouble in the next two days.
Congrats to MRE, the man is a beast, and thanks for the reports.

Some good results from Wouters and now Gee in this stage. Gee and Vasyliv in the front group, couldn't ask for more
Congrats MRE and thanks red!

I was a bit bummed when I see we didn't have someone meaningful in the break, but Lafay must have felt very good, leading the chase and then taking 3rd in the stage.
Quite a good stage for us, with Rochas also in the front group. We're not in any really point giving position, and the TT would destroy that anyway, so let's hope we go chase mountain points for now.
Congrats for the win Mre, thanks for the report red!

Fun race to follow so far, although Munoz did lose time I guess Euskadi is still doing well with two stage wins and the lead in green and KoM. In general CT teams doing well, interesting to see what this will mean for the next CT ranking update as well. Great reports as usual

Thanks for all the great reports so far, red!
It's cool to see the CT teams making their impression here with all those stage wins and jersey hunts (and not only because they keep the points out of the PCT). It will stay one of the most interesting races of the year for sure!
