Thanks for these as always Abhi!
Been really interesting to see quite a few different managers's takes differ quite a lot in these rankings so far but we're always consistently either 5th or 6th

Well we did 9 places better than Abhi's ranking last year so if that holds, hello PT.
Assa being low is interesting, something about how the different specialties blend is my guess.

Hum... I guess with a puncheur being our (MGUCI-approved) best rider and ending up in the bottom 5 of puncheur leaders, and even dead last in puncheur depth means it's going to be a very long season for us... Sure, Mauro will be worse than last year "thanks" to the game change, but I still hope there won't be 17 better puncheurs ^^
On the other hand, 2nd in punchy sprinter depth looks pretty optimistic; whereas Groves surely deserves 4th place in the leaders list, I don't really see where the depth rating comes from.
Otherwise, unfortunately I have to pretty much agree with our low ratings, and I can only hope that planning and luck will make up for the bad team building

Would have expected us to be higher in the sprints department, but other than that it seems about right.
Interesting statistical read

The final rankings for PT is now posted, and with that the predictions for the 2025 season come to an end!
As with last year, my formulas definitely prefer a certain type of team-building and dislike some philosophies. Aker and Gazelle, for example, once again are very low on the ranking, something which I don't agree with. Same goes for someone like Assa Abloy in the PCT! Similarly, it pushes our own ranking quite a way higher than any other previews, probably because my formulas are biased towards my own way of team-building, and it rates us higher as a result. We were definitely more accurate with the lower divisions than PT last season, so maybe that's something to consider again this time when considering the validity of this preview.
Finally, thanks a lot to everyone who have already posted and for whatever comments follow. Was fun doing this again to see how each of the divisions will tend to line up this year

I think the categories map pretty well to my assessment of my own team, though I'm surprised to be so far up on climber depth, and so far up in depth overall. Yet another prediction putting me in the top 10, which would very much surprise me, so can't complain.
Thanks for the analysis!

We did really well in the CT analysis - somehow?! I'd love it if we were that good, i'm not so sure. Buuut I do like the analysis and breakdown, including using Fabian as a metric even if it's not that key at a CT level.
Cool work! And all the divisions look fun this way.

First relegation spot for us, guess that would already mean quite a good season for us. Obviously you never want to end up there, but we have to be realistic after all.
Thanks for doing this
