Thank you all for joining! 15 participants this time, so that's 1,5x the counting for me (and excel, mostly). One thing is for sure, just like in the Giro, we start the Tour with a 100% correct winner prediction rate! Everybody picked Philipsen, and apart from me and knockout, everybody picked nr. 2 Girmay as well. Both of them good for six points.
First two positions were still rather predictable, but because of the echelons the rest of the top-10 wasn't. Five people were able to predict number 3 Waerenskjold, giving them sixteen points each. Four others predicted Penhoet correctly as well, giving 10 points per person. New member Dane Bramage comes in with a bang, having all four of those riders in his top-10, and immediately wins the first stage this way. Because obviously there wasn't anything else before this, he's also the first maillot jaune, congratulations!

Fun fact: seancoll and I predicted a breakaway rider correctly, scoring 25 points at the end of the Tour. I had Le Berre, Sean had Vercher. Nice work from Sean, as he was also the only one predicting a breakaway rider correctly at the giro!
