Not much in store for us today, but it's always good to see Christian on the escape.
Congrats on the win jph!

Somewhat surprising to see APP being a great roleur at the beginning of this race. Not quite how I've planned him this season, but good to see getting some results.

Good by Kragh to try his luck again. Twice in the top 10 on flat stages is promising for later this year. Other than that, we've got Mohoric safely through, which is all that matters. |

I can only be very satisfied with how that went. The gaps were a bit too large for my TT'ers to have a shot at clawing much back, but Ioannidis in 13th is very very good result, Kiriakidis finishing in 21st too is very solid.
At the very back of the next group Spanopoulos just managed to grind his teeth enough to make the 26-44 place selection. On paper he's probably the most likely rider to have some sort of individual succes in the hills, so it's good to see him atleast not lose more time than necessary.
Still two unpleasant stages to go for our riders, before they can hopefully steal a spot or two in the final TT. It does seem like the best TT puncheurs/climbers are up similarly high though so it might be difficult. If we could somehow end up with a guy inside the top 20 or maybe even two it would be a fantastic race for us.
Huge congrats on the Buchmann win btw! It's nice to see UBS finally getting a bit of luck on their side. Also I think Grieg will be very happy with that performance from Paret-Peintre!

Good for De Plus the game still trusts him after his TDU. We're having fun here!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Fun stage, superb ride by Buchmann, congrats Bush! I'm kinda starting to think going for different riders in the FA market would have been a better choice than banking all our hopes on Debesay
Bobridge keeps himself on the run for a final GC, but Goh was the main man for us today, working for our leader and even finishing within the top 15. Impressive!

Good job by Higuita, though we did way too much. Loving how this race was tough, that's what we came for.

Beltran is still on bad form, but at least he won't steal that many points from you all.

Congrats Bushwackers, strong win from your main man!
Crazy selective stage, surprised to see APP so consistent throughout the race so far in comparison to other puncheurs. Nice to see Higuita do well too

So it's not just Grosu, but the whole team is at a lower level than last year. Here comes our first relegation.

Indeed we are! Amazing race from him so far. Seems like the game have just deciced that he's amongst the top riders for this race and he's been embracing it. Hopefully he can keep it going.
Congrats to Bushwackers on the win!

Nice, Gidich is in a really good position now! Let's see if he can capitalize on that in the next stages. |

A bit annoying that Keizer simply doesn't try, but I suppose he'll be in that position more than once this year. A shame. Zmorka continues to impress
Thanks for the great report again, abhi, and congratulations to UBS!

Thank you for a great report, Abhi! Also congratulations to Bush, massive, massive win!
For us, that's a huge disappointment. which means all our expectations of a top 10 GC and hopes for quite some more, are well and truly gone. That was a bad day for us, and suddenly another bad race, following up Portugal with even less of a performance |

Fantastic win by Buchmann, huge congrats to UBS! Let's hope the team can somehow defend this jersey until the end, and that would be exactly the kind of result you need to stay up
Thanks for the reports, Abhi, really nice to follow

Alright so this turned out to be a semi-mountain stage.
The upside is that it created big time gaps, which pretty much neutralized the GC threat to Lutsenko from many of the big TT guns. The downside is that it cost him the chance to do well in this stage and made him lose time to puncheurs with better climbing ability.
Everything considered I think we can't complain. Lutsenko's time loss could have been way worse and there's definitely room to climb in GC if things work out in the true puncheur stages.
Mohoric' collapse after dropping on those early climbs is a pretty shocking case of bad luck. Yes that 71 MO is not ideal if a stage turns out like this. But if Ponzi, Bobridge and Vakoc can finish within a minute of the winner, Mohoric should too.
Congrats Bushwackers

Oh dear, so much for the glory days. This was a disaster. Not a single rider in top 100, and thus all chances of a decent GC thrown efficiently out the window. Also no one in the attacks except for Stavrakakis at the very beginning.
Good thing we scored good points in the beginning.

Good stage by APP again. Hopefully he can do the same today to secure a good GC result. Looks like he's still very much alert at least, and don't think stage 6 will be that selective.
Thanks for the report, Abhi!
