Rum & beach seem nice, though.

The Great Big "My Mom Says I'm A Winner" Post
Yeah, still don't have many results to shout about. Some nice breakaway rides in the Middle East & early Tour of America stages (Fun Fact: A T3A rider appeared in all four Grand Tours this season). We are also confirmed to have zero representation in the main Worlds events, not a surprise. Waiting to hear on the U23 races, but given the cobbles-bumps route in Norway we wouldn't expect to factor in those anyway.
So what are we doing? We're looking ahead to next season! Training has gone smoothly as expected, with a sh*t ton of upgrades coming to the roster. Can't wait to get our newly max'd leads back from their loans! Full breakdown's will come in the post-season and everyone can marvel at the progress the project is making.
We have also been busy working with our sponsors! All our primary partners are signed up for the long term. The notable movements however are regarding our bike & parts suppliers. Scott & Shimanohave been great supporters for a number of years, but in the shifting global economy we will be saying goodbye to them and transferring to a Cervelo bike and SRAM components.
Finally, we're putting a call out to our dedicated and passionate followers! Our long-time graphic designer is no longer available having decided to do real things, like have a job & a life & a family. So we rolled over our kit for a year, but now, ahead of a the new, Promotion challenging season, we feel a fresh look is called for. We'd love to chat with some designers and build yet another iconic, and primarily pink, kit.

The Great Big "We're More Fashionable Than Barbie" Post
That's a bold statement to make, especially if any of you have seen the recent trailers for the upcoming Greta Gerwig movie. And yet, an entirely accurate statement. Because we are here today to present our new 2023 Jersey!
But TMM, isn't this really early? Are you just trying to distract from the failure of performance at the Tour of America? Well dear reader... er... yes...
After several years with our beloved designer the_hoyle, we needed someone new. We received a recommendation. Reached out. Colloborated. And in Ezeefreak have found someone worthy of creating a special Podium Ambition worthy piece of fashion.
Isn't she lovely? Debuting our new Cervelo & Sram partnerships, giving pride of place to our renewed sponsors, and highlighting our island connection. Y'all ain't never seen a jersey quite like this. Y'all also ain't seen anything quite like our NC offering...
A wonderful throwback to the fish jersey, but modernised and updated. The one NC jersey to be worn by all our winners (of which there will be several), putting the message of protecting our oceans and environment and animals truly front and centre.
Ezeefreak again gets a name drop for terrific work. Thank you! Now you can all get aquainted with the jersey which we hope will be right in next years promotion fight! Last time we re-branded in the CT and intoiduced the multi-colored pink trimmed diamonds it lead us to the PT. So, can we repeat the feat?

I'm glad to see it's still a primarily pink jersey. Nice work by Ezee

@red - After many many seasons of pink we can never escape it!
@ivan - Ezee did a really great job, and hopefully we can make sure it's visible by winning!

The new jersey will definitely stand out. And it looks great. That's good news for all of us in CT as we'll probably see it a lot in the races - eirher in the the breaks like this season or in the fights for your podium ambitions.

@kande - After Stat Gains i'm very much hoping we can get into the promotion battle, so more jerseys winning rather in breakaways next season please lads.

Really looking forward to seeing that jersey in action, feel like I will love it in-game. And that NC is awesome already!

@tsmoha - Forever linked to the PNW!
@jandal - Looks really great on the jersey viewer, hoping we get enough wins so our riders can sit up at the line to really show it off.
The Great Big "You're So 2022, I'm So 2023" Post
I many ways the less said about the 2022 season the better. It was always destined to be truly awful. Zero Goals, naturally, and not even close. A singular KoM win from Croes is honestly more annoying that a high point, as that tags 10k onto his renewals instantly. Darren Matthews held onto the years best result with 2nd at the Lincoln GP. And our breakaway endeavours were always pointless but equally exciting, managing across the entire season to hit 0.8 breakaways per race day! That's an indication of how often we were throwing multiple lads down the road!
But now that's all scrubbed. HQ refreshed and ready to welcome back our loaness - including PT Champion Josh Gayral & Hennis Hasani. We've got Stat Gains to come, and that'll be a big post. Then onto what might be a surprisingly tricky renewals as we try and see if we really are capable of mounting a promotion challenge in 2023.
So we'll leave this short update on some unrelated points. New Avatar! Go see Spider-Man Across The Spider-Verse in a cinema! Get your support behind both Jamaica and Haitit at the upcoming Womens World Cup! And here's a Gif! Also, you're all awesome and this HQ remains a place of over the top positivity and good vibes.

So I just learned that a KoM jersey means 10k more in renewals... Guess I should read through the experienced managers' HQs more often
Definitely looking forward to the stat gains post! I guess those 5 maxing riders alongside Vanderpool and Le Court could indeed net you a Top 10 - whether it's enough or not for promotion or even the title obviously depends on your rivals and new signings
Good luck for the offseason!

@croatia - And they bring back some NC's, so definitely will help out.
The Great Big "Industrial Scale Development" Post
It's that time of year. Rider Development! After an almost record setting low season, that was not only our worst ever year but on the MG's worst, we get a LOT of upgrades to riders. I've said it a few times now, but could we really turn this team into promotion contenders? Have a look and offer your thoughts:
Max Power
Chris Lagane | Pot 6 | | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cb | Sp | Acc | Ftr | Dh | Prl | | | Now | 69 | 69 | 75 | 66 | 68 | 70 | 63 | 65 | 74 | 75 | 68 | 62 | 65 | | | 4>M | 70 | 70 | 77 | 66 | 70 | 71 | 64 | 65 | 75 | 77 | 70 | 63 | 65 |

Alexandre Mayer | Pot 2 | | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cb | Sp | Acc | Ftr | Dl | Prl | | | Now | 68 | 69 | 76 | 70 | 64 | 71 | 70 | 61 | 72 | 76 | 75 | 60 | 71 | | | 4>M | 68 | 68 | 77 | 70 | 65 | 72 | 71 | 61 | 72 | 77 | 76 | 60 | 71 |
Joshua Gayral | Pot 3 | | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cb | Sp | Acc | Ftr | Dl | Prl | | | Now | 72 | 65 | 71 | 70 | 69 | 70 | 71 | 70 | 70 | 71 | 74 | 62 | 70 | | | 4>M | 74 | 65 | 71 | 70 | 70 | 71 | 72 | 70 | 71 | 72 | 76 | 63 | 70 |
Akil Campbell | Pot 4 | | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cb | Sp | Acc | Ftr | Dl | Prl | | | Now | 73 | 63 | 68 | 75 | 67 | 67 | 67 | 72 | 68 | 73 | 67 | 66 | 74 | | | 4>M | 74 | 63 | 68 | 76 | 68 | 68 | 67 | 74 | 68 | 72 | 66 | 66 | 75 |
5 Maxed Out Talents! Home-Grown Islanders! The Mayer-Legane double threat is going to be key to a good season, and tricky for other teams to mark up. Hasani will take some clever planning to maximise, and maybe a year or two of training, but such a fun rider to have. Gayral proved his breakaway skills in the PT and we hope he can keep that going. Campbell had some solid rides and again will take smart planning and a bit of training. But almost any of these could outscore our entire 2022 season single handedly.
All A-Loan
Andrew Norbert | Pot 6 | | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cb | Sp | Acc | Ftr | Dl | Prl | | | Now | 71 | 67 | 69 | 69 | 73 | 73 | 60 | 55 | 72 | 71 | 70 | 68 | 71 | | | 3>4 | 73 | 67 | 70 | 70 | 74 | 75 | 62 | 55 | 75 | 73 | 70 | 69 | 74 |
Cristian Perez | Pot 4 | | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cb | Sp | Acc | Ftr | Dl | Prl | | | 3>4 | 71 | 63 | 66 | 74 | 72 | 71 | 70 | 71 | 66 | 69 | 73 | 69 | 74 |
Nathan Alexander | Pot 3 | | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cb | Sp | Acc | Ftr | Dl | Prl | | | Now | 71 | 70 | 71 | 69 | 69 | 68 | 69 | 60 | 61 | 66 | 66 | 68 | 69 | | | 3>4 | 72 | 72 | 72 | 71 | 71 | 70 | 71 | 60 | 61 | 67 | 66 | 68 | 71 |
Jon Croes | Pot 3 | | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | Sta | Resi | Rec | Cb | Sp | Acc | Ftr | Dl | Prl | | | Now | 71 | 70 | 71 | 69 | 69 | 68 | 69 | 60 | 61 | 66 | 66 | 68 | 69 | | | 3>4 | 65 | 73 | 73 | 73 | 72 | 70 | 70 | 56 | 62 | 65 | 65 | 69 | 73 |
At least it's not five this year. The production line keeps on rolling. Some real highlights here for PT Teams to consider. Avenir 4th Place finisher Alexander, KoM Jersey Winning Croes. And both Perez and Norbert would be contirubuters on flat races.
Three, Is A Magic Number
Tyler Cole | Pot 4 | | Fl | Mo | Hl | TT | Sta | Res | Rec | Cb | Sp | Acc | Ftr | Dh | Prl | | | Now | 70 | 64 | 68 | 70 | 66 | 67 | 63 | 66 | 69 | 70 | 72 | 69 | 69 | | | 2>3 | 72 | 64 | 68 | 72 | 67 | 69 | 64 | 66 | 70 | 71 | 72 | 69 | 71 |

So many Stat Gains! And we can easily get them all from Lvl 3 to 4 ourselves. That sheer number of gains could directly lead to more scoring, or at least better support for our continuing leaders. The invasion of the Islanders is well and well and truly underway and we have a slightly crazy line-up of talents. Especially thinking for 2024 we'll need to find 7 PT Loans!
So do you think? Should we sign even more Caribbean Talents? Because we're going to sign more Caribbean talents...

Love Lagane with the HI/SP combination, makes for some interesting planning.
Congrats on all the Island development but 7 PT loans - that sounds like hard work.

Lagane looks all set to tear up the .2 races ala Marko Kump! Hasani seems like an equally interesting rider, although I fear that PCM might not be able to get the best out of him. Very nice to see the Caribbean core coming together.

I did
I can only echo what the others said about Lagane, just a perfect rider for most C2 hilly classics! Might be challenging to plan him and Mayer to fully maximize each one's scoring, with them being pretty similar riders. To get in the promotion fight, I guess you'll need both to do well (barring a Saber-like transfer of course).
Hennis is a really interesting rider as well, with the TT-Spr-combo (a bit like Bissegger, who'll be stronger in TT and weaker in Spr though). However, the old engine wasn't strong in using those riders well, I hope the new one will do slightly better. Anyway, he should be a great TTT rider and leadout, with the potential of getting some nice ITT results as well (chances for that are probably lower now with the daily form limitations, though).
Campbell is another cool hybrid, although there currently aren't really any well suited races for him. But as a cobbles helper and important part of the TTT lineup, he should be fun to watch as well
And Gayral... always good to have a fighter, fingers crossed he'll indeed often be on the attack!
Looking forward to see Alexander and Croes maxed in a year, although they'd surely be more useful in CT than PCT then. If high PRL sprinters work well with PCM22, Norbert should be great, too.
In general, however, I hope you'll get some Caribbean talents maxing at 78/79, as most of those you currently have will require a lot of training to be big scorers in PCT or even PT. Good luck!

@UU - CT Hills could be a mixed back, never know how transfers will go. But if Lagane can stick in there with better climbers he's got every chance of winning a dash for the line. And years back we handled a similar Simon Yates well enough.
Not entirely sure if all 7 lvl3 talents will survive renewals, but it's incentive to promote quickly and ease that overloaded group of talents. Cut 2/3, promote, easy
@lief - If Lagane can get close to a Kump level i'll be happy! Hasani needs some training to help PCM utilise him but a depth scorer he'll be ideal Just needing a couple of genuine Caribbean leaders to appear in the DB soon, we're scouting hard for them.
@fabi - Lagane/Meyer could cover for each other, or certainly make any clashes easy to handle. And yes i'm stacking odd hybrids PCM couldn't handle that well in the past, but the last two years of talents have been about setting a team base. This year we're aiming for a stand out talent or two (in that 78/79 range), or maybe making a small exception to our focus to really hunt promotion (because after about 4 years of sucking i'd quite like to actually do something in 2023).

The Great Big "Friends? Enemies? Frenemies!" Post
Yes, we have potential new friends, enemies, rivals and in-betweens! The MGUCI confirmed 12 new CT licences for the 2023 season yesterday, and already we have spotted something wild that no-one would have predicted.
Multiple Belgian teams? Boring, it's cycling what do you expect. Multiple beverage sponsors? Boring, it's cycling what do you expect. Two teams tied into protecting Sea Turtles? Unbelievable, and yet here we are.
A massive friendly (we hope) welcome to seancoll and SEE Turtles. Driving hard to make the CT the division of eco-friendliness and sustainability (looking at you Binance & Maersk). May you find great success finishing second behind us in many many races.
Also worth giving a shoutout to the re-branded Manada Coyote. The Costa Rican (Caribbean bordering nation we have a lot of love for) team is unfortunately back in the CT but allows us to rekindle a friendly battle to bring success to the space between the major parts of the Americas to the north and south.
We'll bring the Rum. DarkWolf can bring some local brews. Hopefully seancoll has something fun to add to the party (music? food?). And heck, we'll even invite bbl and his part-Curacao registered lads to join as long as he shares that well earned PT XP & cash.
Marco is only allowed if he relinquishes the Cuban NC and promises the Minions won't cause havoc.

Headline News! Lagane is maxed and has more than doubled his wage! A hefty hit sure, but look at him! He's like an actual leading rider!
Meyer, also maxed, takes a 10k increase. Jay Major cuts 20k and retains his position as lead sprinter. The dual threat of Hasani garnerd a 30k increase, clearly that PT title has gone to his head. Campbell's upped skills also earned a 10k increase.
You'll see both Gayral, Le Court & Croes have 5k increases. Croes due to his KoM Jersey win, Gayral and Le Court victims of OVL/Wage calulation changes. Meanwhile Pere, Cole and White are now all down to the minimums.
Gone are:- Shaq Sinclair, Kemp Orosco, Jyme Bridges, Zambezi Richardson, Luis Molina Pagan and Dylan Redy. Bridges has had many years of service to the team and will be missed. The rest, not so much. Look, we need to drive the project forwards and can't carry as many of these domestique only riders.
18 Riders, we only need 15. Good job that we have 4 Riders need PT Loans - Andrew Norbert, Jon Croes, Nathan Alexander, Cristian Perez. Which will leave us needing 1 Rider, and holding ~305k in wage cap to find them.
Who's up for sale? Litterally no-one! You could bring me £6million and i'd turn you away.
Do we have a transfers plan? We do! And it may surprise you...
