Wrong rider in the break again I think but Schelling tried and I can't blame him too much for that. Good signs for his future I guess.
For once, I'd like to see one of our riders do something like Jensen just did. Congrats Eden and thanks for the report Ulrich

Dodged a bullet there as we clearly didn't chase hard enough. Lucky we get to keep the jersey for another day.

Congratulations, both Eden and bbl! Huge stage for both teams
Quiet stage among the GC riders, as expected. Good to have Kwiat continue sitting third in GC, as you never know with such big breakaway groups.
Thank you for the report, UU! |

Well it was fun while it lasted
Need to focus on staying in the top 10 now.

Another really great stage for us overall. Sinkeldam not in the break - that's fine as long as no one close to him was either, and they weren't. So he holds the KOM jersey another day. Points gone, but that was expected. He lost a lot time today, so hopefully he's back in the break tomorrow or for stage 8.
Asgreen seems to have had a fun day out. Looked stronger than expected throughout, but then cracked hard. The break didn't win, so doesn't matter. Just some screen time.
Most importantly, good ride by Aranburu. Paced himself well and seemed very strong at the end there. I was a bit worried about him on this stage because it seemed like a punchier pure hill stage compared to some others, but he turned out his best performance yet to get 7th and stay where he needs to be on GC. Good day to have good legs.
Tomorrow has the big mountain. I'd love to see Aranburu and the other climbers do a little damage, but we certainly don't have the team to push the pace, and not sure the game will have climber's teams controlling the peloton anyway. Probably a breakaway day.
Overall a pretty exciting stage with the group of favorites going clear and staying away towards the end. Thanks for the report, congrats to knockout.

Now even Smirnovs is doing better than Skujins. There is a level of irony in the fact that Cort Nielsen, who was one part of a swap deal with Skujins, is much further up in the General Classification here. It's even more frustrating given that similar (if admittedly marginally stronger) riders like Kinoshita and Lutsenko actually look dangerous! Another anonymous race in a frankly atrocious year. |

Ah now we’re back, 15 minute time loss for Jensen is just hilarious. Nice to see him attempt to attack kom on stage 6, but should have been in the break from the start.
Thanks for the reports.

Beltran gave it a go, but having two successful downhill attacks would be too much
Luckily he didn't lose any time. Hopefully he can recover now, because he always underperforms on the final stage, which means our goal is still far from being achieved.
I would love to see one of the rouleurs in the breakaway tomorrow, but I doubt we'll get that chance with Beltran still relatively high in GC.

Another solid stage by Kwiat. Admittedly a little bit passive, but it worked out well in the end. Looks like everything will be devisen on the final stage, then. Fingers crossed everyone avoids unnecessary time losses on stage 7! |

Impressive stage win from Bol, and some good solid riding from Cort Nielsen plus good depth so far means this looks like a decent race for us.
Just have to hope the final two stages are kind, and then we may bank enough points to secure another PT season - is the ultimate yo-yo team no more? |

Another good stage for us. We've been very lucky. Sinkeldam did well to go in the break, although the KOM race got a bit tougher. Jensen is clearly the stronger rider. Sinkeldam needs to use teammates and really fight for all those points. Jensen is a much stronger rider who can overpower Ramon on his own. Stats wise, that's as it should be. But it's going to take a lot for us to hold the jersey on stage 8 because of that. So far, the team has done well though.
Aranburu was once again alert and even responded to an attack, though he wasn't strong enough over the short hills to stay with it. I had hoped the mountain would be a bit more impactful, but in the end this was a hilly classified stage, and I can't be made that it went to puncheurs. He's now sitting 12th overall, which would be a great result for us. But he has to survive one more stage before we can celebrate.
Rest day tomorrow basically. If Lander sprints, great. Then it's all hands on deck for the final day. Should be exciting.
Terrible luck for Jura to lose both of their GC guys in one group. This game just doesn't make sense sometimes with positioning. It can't be they just had that bad of legs with how big the group still was. Maybe a puncture? It feels like we removed crashes to avoid situations like this, but it almost just makes the randomness feel worse when the game still inexplicably singles you out to lose your GC guys.
Anyway, awesome report once again!

Stage 5 - Dpn't know why we're chasing breaks instead of joining them. All that effort just led to both Teuns and Raileanu losing time
Stage 6 - Better stage GC wise again but I'm sure there's 1-2 strong riders in the team who can join a break. Other teams are getting half their startlist in there
Congrats to the winners and thanks for the nice reports Ulrich!

Great showing by Lopez so far. Guess we will have the excitement of a wide open final stage with all decisions still up in the air. Should be a good one.

Joke of the year that Reinhardt is our best finisher on stage 6. Guess I'm definitely done with PCM20, sorry, but that's just ridiculous. Although it's just a game, that's simply no fun at all anymore.

No breakaway for us this year, but that was kinda expected. Nervous for the final stage with the gaps so small in the top 10.

We weren't very visible in any of those stages. But Formolo in 7th GC, Malecki 19th and leading the TC would be a good result for us. Hope we don't implode in the final stage.

So close Suryadi! I don’t think he’s had a win for us, this would have been prime position in his highlight reel if he made it. Oh so close! Congrats to the winning team and than you for the report

Didn't really expect this race to be good, but no one in top 40 and no breakaway succes (only two appearances) is significantly worse than anticipated. Not quite the way to put up a fight with Evonik really. Let's just hope we can secure that 5th place in the PT rankings.
