Downey just hanging on to top 10. He's as good a prologuer as a TTer but there a lot of bigger names around him. Top 10 remains the target though!

Any more nice surprises from Bennett welcome tomorrow too

Rough for Ewan, what on earth happened there?

Well then, fingers crossed for luck with daily forms in the epilogue!

And Haller found gold this race considering the sprints. Both surprised and not surprised at the same time Pfft

Im glad our GC guys just sat in the back of the peloton there. Great job.

Disruption of the matrix with us coming second there in the TTT, but in all honesty it was time we let someone else take the spoils. Surprised to see it was Aker who took the win. I feel sort of guilty for always finishing ahead of Polar in these stages, kinda wished them to take it. Not to say Aker didn't deserve it of course. Well strategized ember, congrats there mate.

Haller pulling the more surprising stunt of the week though with this 2nd triumph. Congrats as well Dave!

Looking forward to the epilogue now!

Not the greatest sprinting going on from us here. Lead-out way too early meaning Jakobsen exposed far too early. Maybe Thomas not wanting to get involved with the sprint train which isn't a bad thing.

Just the epilogue now for Thomas to hold on! Hopefully he can do it as it would be an awesome race victory rewarding an all-round rider Smile

Thanks for the great reports!!

Not the best prologue from him but Thomas does enough to take the GC!! @Sotd has always spoken about how he's a great 50k rider and he shows why. The sprint and TT combo working perfectly in his favour here Grin

Also 3rd, 4th, 7th in U25s and a real nice win in the Teams classification and this is one hell of a race for us.

Thank you for the great reports and long may our TT success continue Cool

And now AC collapses in the final time trial. His solid start was clearly a curse for this race. Oof, our luck for this season really has abandoned us here. At least it wasn't crucial to our relegation fight, as that ended a month or so ago Pfft

Yeah, this race was just not it. Some points from Haga at least, but every indiviual stage resulted in disappointment.

Congrats LLS and thanks redordead!

Disappointing final stage. Had hopes for Lammertink to keep his podium, but especially for Norman to at least defen his former GC placing considering his prologue stat. It makes for a race with not many points, but still some positives. The TTT win was great to witness, and we also score some GC points with Lammertink and Anderberg, eventhough C1 races are rough regarding "depth positions" and the points they give Pfft

Congratulations on the overall win, LLS

Ouch Sad Fiedler would have needed the day Rosskopf all of a sudden had. 32nd on the day and 25th overall is well below expectations, even given the rather poor TTT. Even with an average performance on the last day, Fiedler should have been in the 15-18 range. Then again, that would have meant some 15 points instead of the 10 or so we leave with now. Along with Austria, this tanks our PpRD, but that was to be expected. Hopefully Fiedler can do more in races without a TTT in the future.

Congrats LLS, I'm happy that the biggest points went to CT at least Pfft Howson with a strong performance, and good to see Zmorka doing well, too. And of course, thanks for the reports red Smile

Decent result in the end from Glanbia taking into account Downey. Bennett and O'Loughlin getting some Young Rider points.

Oram and Craddock were very disappointing though

Great reports and congrats to LLS

Nice win by Zmorka, at least gaining one spot. Also a decent ride by Sterbini. Shitty AI makes it a rather shitty race for us nevertheless, at least compared to what could/should have been.

Congratulations for the work you put in, three time trials and some sprint stages with this kind of AI really isn't too much fun for you too, but as always great reports Smile Congratulations to Aramco!

Back from a break to find Haller is in the lucky 7th man spot again.

All 3 winners of the sprints has come from the 7th rider in the line of sprinters at around 1.2km to go!

How are you supposed to engineer this 7th place by planning? There was no way Ewan would ever be in this position.

So lucky points win for Haller makes up for a bit of a disappointing 21st GC for Kittel.

Congrats to LLS and thanks for the great reports redordead.

Probably not the kind of race we were expecting here as I've got to say only finishing with one guy in the top 10 really is below par for us here. Still we got a top 10 in almost every stage and 4th overall isn't terrible and we scored some depth points other than that - but I think i can still say it was a disappointing race.

6th by Mahdar was surprising in an otherwise abysmal tour for us. Thank you for organizing and running this redordead Smile
