@Shonak - There he is!
Interesting result there from an AI perspective. Tbh Bouhanni shouldn’t be close to winning in this field but great to see Ewan and Howard getting in the mixer is positive to see.
Jakobsen with a solid 7th but only 9th in the GC so I’m definitely hoping for a big stage from him in those yet to come. His battle for the U25 is going well though!
Always intriguing to watch the sprints and can be difficult to report but good job so far!!

Boivin not fighting for a good stage result yet. Perhaps he'll do that in the final 2 stages.
But good to see young Jimenez Retana not being afraid to mix it up with the big boys. (Or maybe Boivin lost his wheel there.) Nonetheless very good results for his young career. And, of course, the highlight is Gonzalez Cortes wearing the polka dots jersey. I'd be very happy if we win the KOM classification, but I'm not sure the peloton is willing to let Gonzalez Cortes go on a break again since he is now our best placed rider in the GC. Maybe he'll manage that though.
Congratulations to Binance and thank you for the report! |

Nice result for Saber today. The problem is he needs two more like this to score some fair pts. But at least it won't be a zero pointer
Congrats fintas, it was about time Kennaugh won one

I guess winning stage 1 was great to get some points, but pretty much the worst that could happen going forward. Worse, PCM is even dumb enough to consider Habtom as our leader - who obviously has no chance in normal sprints. Hating PCM20 more and more, really hoping we'll move away from that version as fast as possible...
Congrats to fintas, at least the winner is a pretty logical one here

Apparently, Selig decided that he will finish 9th place in all stages. This is now three times in a row. I hope he can get a bit better result in the last two stages and improve in GC his position.
Thanks for the report Ulrich and congrats to the stage winners.

Kennaugh winning is a good thing. Bonifazio in green is a shock. Now he just need do perform bad enough tomorrow to avoid wearing the yellow jersey on the last day
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Can't believe the result, how did this happen?
Happy with 3rd, still shit GC position for Howard so hopefully more sprinting for him tomorrow! Commiserations to Marcovdw because Vesley just can't get a look in.
Thanks for the report!

Saving his power for the third stage lol
Great race, although I think our train completely collapsed but Bouhanni with a great sprint there, almost getting away with a surprise victory. Leader jersey is cool but hopefully he also delivers on the next two stages. If he runs away with the GC that would be outrageous tho lol

We got the very short end of the stick today, Silvestre continues to be just one or two positions too far back in the sprint prep and then gets caught behind at the worst time. Oh well. Hopefully he's got one more good result in him over the next two days and then we should be good with a decent GC position.

Three star sprinters finished 1st 3rd 5th - thats a bit more like it AI.
Zabel with a solid 6th takes him to flattering 7th in GC.
Good to see old boy Gonzalez Cortes doing his stuff for DarkWolf.
Congrats to fintas and thanks for the report Ulrich.

Thanks Guys
Finally a good result in this race and the first win of the season.
Honestly, I was already thinking that this race would be another disaster for the team. And although this victory doesn't save this race right now, it gives at least hope that by the end it's possible to get another good result and that it will allow for an even bigger climb in the GC.
If in the last two stages we repeat what we did in this one, the final victory is still within our reach

PCM is so weird! Today we made a lead-out, and it was a good one that worked properly! Should the AI do that more often, nah that would be a good game.

*sigh*
*sigh*
*sigh*
Reminds me a bit of Ras Tailteann last year, where Cissé "unfortunately" took 2nd on stage 1 and then was considered our leader. Absolutely can't agree with "good AI" here, as Reinhardt is just 100% useless - another 5 of his RDs completely wasted. Obviously can't blame Habtom to not keeping up with the big guns - he definitely shouldn't, so that's fine. But I just don't get why PCM is not able to put him into his normal role as a leadout now.
Guess I'll have to settle for a GC Top 20 and one single good stage result (*looks at last year's Juarez results and sighs*). Still better than some other higher value guys, I know... Doesn't help, though.

Lol what kind of leader jersey bullshit, is that the new normal with PCM, what is up with cyanide
Gratz to the winner and thanks for the report, Ulrich. let's hope free of the leader jersey and in 2nd spot Bouhanni has wings for stage 5.

Good to see leadouts working here. I assume the descending finishing straight and/or some tailwind might have something to do with that. Bit of a shame for us because it meant that Silvestre couldn't really capitalize on his - seemingly perfect - positioning behind Ewan's train. Still, he's currently 3rd in the GC which is great, although it's all really close, so he could still fall behind a bit tomorrow. Could also win the whole thing if we're lucky. Let's find out! Thanks for the nice reports so far Ulrich!

Two sprints in a row with the same scenario for us. Manninen not caring about the sprint until it is too late. Anyway, he's in sixth now, which is hopefully low enough to do his thing again. A top-3 in the final stage would lead to a great GC.
Congratulations to Indosat and thanks for another report to Ulrich!
