It's to unveil the 5 different goals we've set for the upcoming 2020 season. For once, we could set them considering the riders we had in our team pre-transfers, something that we haven't been able to do in the previous years, as we were always either a new team or promoting into a new division. There won't be any surprise that the goals are set thinking of Kudus and Zmorka First goal of the season in the first race of the season. We had to set a PTHC goal, and we chose this race, as Merhawi Kudus will heavily target it. Top5 we think is a logical goal, thinking of his performances in previous seasons in PTHC races, and with a lot of climbers focusing on other heavy climbing PTHC bands, we think it can be a weak startlist. Also 9 days aren't a good idea for most PT climbers. We hope the improvement in Hill stat will help Kudus to be good in the hillier stages and then go full gas in the mountain stage Another Top5 goal thinking on Kudus. Home race too. The long TTT was a big factor in the decision to set a goal on it, as we believed to have a great TTT setup before transfers and it only got better after. Probably won't be enough to win the race, but the Top5 goal should be easily achievable First Win Goal of the season, with this HC stage race that only features sprint stages and a TT. The duo of Marlen Zmorka and Marcel Kittel should bring home the win in this race, no matter the rider, being two of the three best TTers of the division. We aren't as hopeful to accomplish this goal compared to the Kudus' ones Second Win Goal of the season, again with Zmorka and Kittel as our bets for the win, though this time is in a PTHC stage race. With likely stronger opposition, we think this won't be a succesfull goal, but we shouldn't be far from achiving it We decided to set the ranking goal to be Top5, because didn't want to invest too much into a team that wins the title if we could promote without making big signings and also allowed us to be able to get some talents. Seeing predictions so far, management's thinking and other managers opinions, we should be able to achieve this goal
