I was only targeting the "Slovenian" aspect, there could be other reason to be suspicious. Also I was not talking about Russian gyms and stuff, I was talking about cycling.

The fact that the latest case has it offspring in good old Austria says to me that it is unlikely that there was any "eastern/russian goverments" involved, we a talking about systematic doping as we have seen it in Western Europe since the dawn of cycling races.

This is an argument that shouldn't be used. 2 years ago from today where was Carapaz? Getting his first results in a minor Spanish race. And if you go to some of the riders also in the GC:
Sivakov - U23 rider, not even pro
Madouas - Months away from a trainee period in FDJ

What makes these riders more credible than Roglic? Is it the young age?
