@Naskela: have you tried lowering your graphics settings? Races we add can be more graphically demanding than the ones from the base game. Therefore, having your graphics settings too high could cause crashes on one race and not on another.

That's not something that changed with the Lite Pack. I believe that Jacky Durand's Sponsorkits do change the background image.

Is it compatible with Patch 1.0.2.2? Should I first let the game update and then install the Lite Pack, or the other way round? |

@nobeer: no guarantees on beta compatibility. You should always reinstall the pack after an update.

Does Lite Pack Updater reinstall Lite Pack after every update?
PS. I'm off topic i know but...i need to copypaste again too JD's Sponsorkit every time PCM is updated? |

No, it doesn't. The Updater only checks for new versions of the Lite Pack.
Regularly, you should reinstall any mods (except for Workshop mods) after a game update. The game updates can overwrite files from the mod (for example fake jerseys that have been replaced by the Lite Pack) and therefore need to be replaced with the mod's files again.

When I double click on the .exe I get a notice - checking for newer versions but then nothing happens...

Try running it as Administrator. You could also try running the .msi instead, but I'm not sure if that works.
If your problem persists, try downloading again, preferably with a download manager (f.e. JDownloader).

To create exposure outside pcmdaily for starters and it makes updating possible hotfixes easier with the auto download feature of the workshop
Edit: and while nothing to do with us, but ensures we don't support piracy

I get that, but for me for example it would be great to have a non-steam option, as I share an account and I also play in a computer which is mostly offline. Therefore, releasing the cdb file in the forum would be really helpful to me.

That just doesn't make sense. If you're sharing an account, you'll still be able to subscribe to the Workshop mod.

I think Tour of Croatia has the 203 km stage bug. Every stage is the same. I have installed the exe and then the Steam Workshop. Like it should be done. I did a clean installation of PCM before V2 and so far it is only the Tour of Croatia. |

You got a wrong version of Tour de Guangxi. Skip posted a v2 that includes corrects KOMs.
Don't refer back to the 2018- setup, which is cdx-files pointing back to the wrong version yet. Have a look in 2017-thread for races,
And for more realism do use this xml instead of the polish one.
Guangxi had some very different setups indeed and it might have effect on the race.
