Sure. Beijing just hates me. Now watch Polivoda outsprint Vanderbiest again tomorrow.

Another great stage for us, though for the third time this season Gautier ends up second behind Kinoshita - hopefully he can make it four by not doing anything stupid on the final stage. Great race for us in terms of points barring a disaster, the impetus our promotion push needed. |

Kinoshita keeps showing he's the best puncher in the PCT by a solid margin here.
Sucks to lose a position to this ever oveperforming Flugel (), but at least we gained one on vdHugenhaben so it's mostly okay. Would have loved a podium, but this race will earn us some decent points anyways.
Generally stages like the last one are won by the break, so I don't have high hopes at all about Ulissi getting bonuses, but I sure as hell hope he can finally make useful use of his training to 74 sp...

Jesus, what a run by Kinoshita. 3/3 on hilly stages so far, and great performances by him too! Simply amazing for me, as this will probably go down as our best race of the year at this point, as long as we can close out the final stage, and hopefully keep the lead in every classification, apart from the team GC. Shirota with a great effort on stage 4 as well! Going into this race I was hoping for a win or two, but this was not expected at all.
Thanks so much for the reports, very entertaining!

Caruso doing alright there again with him and Roy finishing in 16th and 18th in the GC which isn't too bad. Really hoping for another good performance from Bouhanni and the sprint train in the final stage to cap off a decent points haul here in China.

Wow, Kinoshita again?
Dekker has been stable, up there all the time, but not able to really make influence to the front of the race. Still some valuable points to take with us from Beijing if he can at least hold on to the top 10 spot he has now.
Great reports roturn, thank you! |

Great reports roturn, thank you!
A race without a single mountain and no time trial was clearly not the very best for Dekker.
I was surprised to see him there and in the end I think he was one of the biggest overperformers beating lots of better puncheurs. |

Not the best of races for us, still will score a few points, but this is not what we've hoped for. Cunego should have at least tried something, but didn't, and Vanderbiest... Well

Great race for us, even if it couldn't rival Meiji's - congrats to them! 177 points from a race where we sent Gautier and then 7 unmaxed riders is a great haul, and gives me hope that our promotion push might be back on track. With Gautier still having used less than half his RDs there's definitely a chance at least.
Thanks for the reports at short notice roturn, great job as ever! |

Armee finishing 3rd there makes up for the absence of Bouhanni and probably explains it as well. Caruso a little disappointing in 16th but Roy in 19th means they'll gain a few vital GC points. Not a bad race for us as it could have been better but it could have been worse.

Huge shame that Ulissi couldn't contest that sprint because of that damn break that wins those kinda stages 9 times out of 10...With a 3rd place though he wouldn't have overtaken Flugel anyways.
All in all very good race for us, couldn't snatch that podium, but the hills were too long anyway for Ulissi. Should be on the upper end of the 150 points mark if I'm not completely mistaken.
Congrats once again to valv for a race every single manager dreams about and thanks for the splendid reports roturn in a very short time.

wow Bystrom making up a bit for a bad season so far. Also him and Reimer collecting some minors points in GC.
Better race then expected after all.
Thanks for the reports! |

Roche was chosen here in case that Mountain did some damage, but hell no it did not and Kinoshita extended his lead of course :/ Roche afterward got into the right groups, but just vanished when it counted the most, wow
This will not help our Top 10 goal at all and Froome in Tour of Britain is our last hope of achieving that Thanks for the reports

Thanks for the very well done race and congrats to Valverde for the dominant performance. Ultimately it was an extremely disappointing race for my guys, maybe we'll have better luck in the next one.

Really dissapointing race for us, I was hoping or more out of van der Hugenhaben, but stage 4 really killed him
We did get some nice results on the first few stages so hopefully that can help us climb out of the relegation zone |
