Good stage by Modolo, I had hoped for a bit more luck by now but Impey is too strong in that jersey. Class performance, gratz Sn. Maybe we can get a podium on the third sprinter stage. Glad to have Potts in the break tho. Tomorrow I want another guy in the break, looking at you Vuillermoz and/or Didier. Thanks trek!

Very relieved to see that Bouhanni has remembered how to ride a bike again. 3rd and a 2nd in sprints are great results for him given his performance so far this season. Love seeing Reza up there and leading out his leader to a good position. Also nice to see our team doing the chasing and Valls staying out of trouble at the front.

I dont get how Itami is so bad, yet even weaker riders can finish higher than him on our team. He has been awful all year, I dont think he's even contested a sprint yet and his stats aren't that bad.
Good that Shikai was able to catch back up on Stage 2 though, and solid 4th place from Kuboki.

Even though he lost 2 minutes to the stage winner, I'm very happy with Valls here. Managing to win the sprint for 3rd and being in a relatively solid GC position is great to see from him.

Oh, well this race is going down the dogs for us isn't it. Ughhh.
Contador, um hello: 81 MNT. Hello. HELLO. He is going to finish behind the likes of Nazaret, Signorini, Valls: not good enough especially as he has finished multiple times behind Nazaret this season ...... The Conta-magic looks gone.
----
Thanks for the quality, trek. |

What a joke. I have no problem with the winners here, congrats to Ricco and Intxausti, but to lose 1'54" is just completely unrealistic.

You guys share my sentiments. Shikai has 80 MTN, how can he be that bad, unless he had a -5 day, but I suppose we are still in the Top 10 and leading the U25 so that is good, but no doubt we will find a way to blow that.

I really fucking hope my riders are saving energies for the TTT because sending Ghyselinck to a break 2 days in a row is not something exactly clever.
