Santos-Euskadi are pleasantly surprised with transfers so far, and our squad is one rider away from completion, barring any riders being sold. If you reckon you can make a bid to prise someone away from us, feel free to PM me - anyone except Siskevicus is available - for the right price.

When will the 2nd free agents roudn start? Next week i won't be available. So it would be nice if the calender planning starts soon
We can only say that the transfer round 1 ends today - then I guess all bids have to be confirmed and a new db has to be made, which depends on how much time bikex has - but I guess we can plan on a start on Wednesday/Thursday for FA round 2 and the second transfer period maybe at the weekend...

This transfer round will end tonight at 24:00 MEST. Then until tomorrow 12:00 MEST transfers can still be confirmed. After that the second transfer round will start.

For Monfort the highest bid will be accepted, even if it's below 100.

@Bikex : I accept that offer. I'm not allowed to confirm it yet but I will (although I'm not sure if I can do tomorrow morning so please see it as confirmed ! )
I was made aware, that some late bidings before the deadline could cause arguments. To prevent that, I'll add a new rule. If there was a bid on a rider that's going to be sold in the last 6 hours before transfers end, the selling manager can PM the in the bidding involved managers to make a deal. He then can post that deal in the transfer thread within the next 12 hours after biding was closed.
Spoiler
Example: Team A is selling rider x. Team B is leading the bids with 200 6 hours before the window closes. Shortly after Team C comes along and bids 250. Team A can then ask Team B and C for a final bid via PM. He then can post the higher bid he got into the Transfer Thread and the deal is sealed with that.
It is of course also possible to just confirm bids that were already made before the deadline in the transfer thread.
Okay no more bids now. Every rider can now be confirmed until 12. After that all riders that weren't confirmed but had their minimum criteria with a bid fulfilled will be confirmed by me.
Those riders can still have their deals negotiated as written in the post above:
what an up- and down round 1 we had...still not clear how the team before the FA will look like...we really added some WT power, but gave away some very talented guys (Nakano, Jacobsen, maybe Boileau,...)
also the supporting cast looks slightly better, though giving local heroes like Fuglsang (as the reigning CT winner) and mid-developement prospects like Rajsp away hurts
still we think we have done a couple of good moves and shoud have secured that we stay away from relegation in our first WT season
I'm ok with how this transfer round has gone, I suppose. Fuglsang is a big name to pick up, and that'll be the big high-point, but I am a little disappointed that I couldn't strike the right deal with Nieve (it looked like jandal was not going to let go of the chance for him, at least to 300) or Roche. Still, maybe it's for the best, my budget (which I figured out, after subtracting the 1200 from the dev team, kinda sucks) probably couldn't handle having two riders of that calibre.
A little disappointed at the lack of interest in our riders so far, but we'll sign a couple more in FA round 2 and then see what happens. Still not happy with my team's depth beyond our top few leaders but maybe that can be improved soon.
I'm assuming you meant to confirm someone else's (fjhoekie?) bid on Budyak, since confirming your own post doesn't mean anything

thx, dumb mistake yeah I have to confirm that one by fjhoekie cause it´s the only one fullfilling the price of the initial post :/

I would like to call attention to all lovers of the little nation on the Adraitic.
Simon Spilak MO 77 HI 76 TT 76 WAGE 495
Kristjan Koren TT 74 WAGE 240
David Per MO 73 HI 71 AGE 24
Ziga Marolt SPR 72 AGE 24
David Kumer AGE 23 MO 71 HILL 70
Vito Pagacar TT 59 AGE 21
Domen Novak HILL 69 AGE 22.
At this stage I would be looking mainly at rider swaps but I do have some spare cash to go towards trade deals.
Roman Kreuziger MO 78 HILL 79 WAGE 840 is also available for rider trades.
To make clear I am looking for Italians/southern and central europeans
The TransferList file is updated.
Matt17br asked me to sell Pizzaballa for him. If you can make a decent offer contact me. He is still looking for a decent TTists, so either a swap deal involving a TTist or a money offer will be accepted for him.
For Italo I'll might make a post tomorrow.
again some riders on the market, many more could become available for the right price...
we are looking to free up some cap space being a little over the top in our aggressiveness in FA signings
Nikita Novikov:
- 75 MO, 73 HI, decent back-up stats
- solid WT helper, decent CT point scorer
- Pot 6 & still growing fast
- 28 years of age, but with a late age of decline (35)
- on minimum wage (280)
Angel Madrazo
- 75 MO, 74 HI
- 79 FTR, the ideal attacker for GTs or aggressiv CT leader
- min wage (310), 29 yo
Lars-Petter Nordhaug
- a big one as a CT captain
- min wage (330)
- 76 Hill, amazing back-ups 74 Sta, 72 RES
- capable of a very decent finish: 69 SPR, 75 ACC
- decent time trial (70) for multiple good placements in tours
- 33 yo, so only 1 season of top-cycling left (without ption of youth) --> short term project
- NC of Norway, possibility of a sweet jersey
Cayetano Sarmiento
- should I copy Madrazo here?
- min wage too
- better Hill (75) and better back-ups
- "only" 76 FTR
Sergey Chernetskiy & Cameron Meyer
- both great GT domestiques with their strengths in TT, climbing and REC
- more than decent other stats concerning FL and HI
- capable of scoring very decent in TT featured CT2 stage races
None of these riders are available in equal strength via FA anymore!
[Note that not all of these riders won´t go - I´m just looking to sell 1-2 of them for moderate prices to fill up my budget for finalizing my squad - so first serve first wins, as a deal for one of the riders will automatically mean that no other guy can do a higher bid]
