The current situation is:
PT: 19/22
PCT: 27/30
CT: 25/30 (17/21 of the new teams)
There's been more than enough time now, so I expect to be hitting 100% very soon. Which division will get there first?

I'm rooting for PT, but I have a feeling PCT will win this
Edit: I feel poeple are being slow now, we all want to start the transfer season / race season and want to speed up the game, but when poeple use over a week (9 days and counting) on something like this that shouldn't take more than an hour it's not strange that the game goes slower and slower. I know guys behind the scenes (not only SN) are doing a great and quick job... Sad for them (specially) that others slow us down.
My rant of the day, I just want to see how much my talents will demand in their tries to ruin me
