Yes the choice of racing and objectives comes first than's transfers. So you'll have to make your choices without knowing with which cyclists you can count

You chose HC and goals before transfer season, then the rest of the races afterwards

Your choice for 3 of the 4 C2HC bands in this thread are made before the transfer season, and are fixed. They can't be changed.
Your choice of specific C2 or C1 races is something that will not need to be finalised until after transfers.
Damn, that's gonna be a hard choice. I'm pretty flattered by the appearance of GP Yekaterinburg, so that band is safe. For the rest it's gonna be pretty hard - probably I'm just gonna void as much cobbles as possible
Tatranska Klasika also looks very interesting.
I wish we could return to Langkawi again this year but with it being C2HC we'll have to skip the most prestigious Malaysian race on the ManGame Calender.
