You can copy the 2013 table to Excel/OpenOffice/whatever and change the names from last year's races to this year's, as well as the URLs and Flag codes afterwards.
Edit: Either that, or start from scratch in excel, or, if really necessary use | to separate columns

Wait, I will do if someone can teach me how to do tables...
I've just had to learn this for doing my updates! Two options:
1) Do it in Excel then copy and paste across inside the 'table' brackets generated by clicking on a table in the icon choices below (the easiest, but not always suitabel iff you want to include 'complex' items like flags, etc.)
2) Select a 'table' from the icon choices below, then separate the items in the record by a '| symbol (on my UK based computer this is achieved by shift+the button next to it used to make a forward slash) to get the correct number of horizontal item records. Carriage returns all that is needed to create new rows.
A dumb example of number 2 follows that you can see the detail if you then open this message up as if to quote it in a new msg:
item 1 | item 2 | item 3 | Stuff for item 1 | Things for 2 | content for 3 | Here | here | and here |
Hope that makes sense/helps.
Edit Zabel'd!

Easiest way by far is to use Excel (or open office version).
Copy some of the previous list into Excel, from within the Edit Post page.
Go to Excel, select cell A1 (single click) then paste. It will go into 4 separate columns, then you can use that format for the whole list. Complete the whole thing on Excel then copy the finished list into the 100% table tags.
Doing it using the "|" method is just giving yourself unnecessary extra work.

As Selwink and Scorchio said the best way to work is with excel/libre office/open office.
How I did it is copying all the previous years, then I write up the calendar for 2013 and 2014. Reused the code from the flags from the previous years and then look for the riders and links. For the links I used a formula to automatically add the code from the forum in excel. Then it was as easy as just copy and paste the whole block of text.
Today I will modify the oldest flag codes in the PCT because they don't use the current code sistem.
A little preparation before mades the work easier at the end. If you need a hand let me know.
EDIT: If you can give me the list of races I can place the flags in seconds.

I seem to be making slower progress than ggdonovan and wacko, still doing the 2013 CT season. If someone's got the time feel free to start on the 2014 season. |

Have got a new task, which will help speed up the off-season - creating the race profile summaries by cropping/collating screenshots of the profiles.
I'll PM the screenshots to anyone interested in helping with this.

Is this something that can be done on Flickr's photo editor? I know how to crop, so I guess I can give it a try. |

Is there anyone who can do some of these race profiles at some point in the next 24 hours?
Would like to get the C2HC Calendar thread posted, but have images that need compiling for that.

The schedule is being worked on, and I guess almost finished already actually. Don't think any new stages need to be made for it right now.

Any manager interested in helping create the Race Profiles Forum 2015, to help speed up the start of the off-season, let me know and I'll give you access to it.
