Flat has never been used for TT in any PCM game since at least 2008 as has been proved by testers many times.
Anyway another great lead out from Torckler and Docker and a shame again that Vanderbiest just couldn't make the most of it hoping for bonus seconds soon
Ok, i haved lived in illusion, thanks for clearing that up.
What about acceleration, i know it also had effects in TT in the past, also gone? Because that would mean only sole TT stat is used for flat TTs and that would be pretty crazy, no wonder that daily form seem to have such an effect on TT outcome...
So now i hope for Ford and Rogers to be dropped in two remaining road stages.
I'm not to sure about Acceleration, here's the latest test done that I know of and they were PCM12 though if I remember correct TheManxMissile did some for PCM 13 if you can find them.
don't read the ComicOro as he tried to lie about what stats did. Scroll down to LLuuiiggii at the bottom.

Thanks mate, i will give it a look. Btw. i just found the discussion about flat for TT from this year, where Kentaurus proved what you are saying with flat having no effect at all in TT. And i am even part of the discussion and wondered the same things i do now.
My head is like strainer, things are just flowing out of there.

Yeah, i already wondered Cause i did remember this discussion and was pretty sure someone (Kent, apparently) explained it very well there.

Okay, it's pretty clear Goss won't do anything in the flat stages, so I'm happy to see Rogers/Ford not being dropped for now.. Given Gossy's weakness, this move by Sulzberger might have been a good try. Our first minor points at least, so well done, Sulz.. Ciolek delivering with a nice gap already. Will be interesting to see, how this will play out in the TT for him.

Very surprising 3rd from Ayoune. A nice bonus to take from the race, hopefully Tennant can follow that up with a Top 10 in the TT/GC.

The profile of the stage was not the best for Kupfernagel yet he was able to achieve another top10.
Only is not very pleasing amount of points earned by Puma

Wow, Ciolek was just too good today. Boonratanathanakorn has been really active in this race as well!

Nice attentive racing from Ignatiev so far, with two 7th places everything looks fine. On the other hand, bad flat riders i am afraid of from Oz still not dropped from the pack (sorry Tsmoha, i need them dropped).
Ciolek is doing great, but surely he has to loose 2min+ in TT to guys like Ford or Ignatiev...
Thanks for the nice reports Rider!

Thanks for the report Rider!
Ignatiev with another top10 finish, but that is worth nothing, if he will not triupmh tommorow, so fingers crossed for good daily form and weather conditions, as it should be the deciding factore between him, Reus,Tennant and Oz trio.
Congrats to Meiiji!

Oh my... Wasted race for Goss. Not sure, how this could happen. Today finally a train and sign of competition. Still no notable result. Truly disappointing.
At least two GC-threats now. I think Ford will struggle in his rather early start, but a podium is a must now.

Oh wow
This is a waste of race days for Cabrera. He's been useless in this race.. |

So, Top 5 for Reus and Top 15 for Mazur and we can call this a success. Hopefully the wind will be on our side for the first time this season. |

Hopefully PCT sprinters will be out of PCT next season in case I relegate.
Nizzolo 80 and Krieger 79 won't stand a chance otherwise and need another season before eventual training. Krieger at least proved this year already that he might survive a GT. |

Good that Bennett finally managed to get involved in a sprint, and secure a 4th place

4 stages, not in the breakaways at all and just getting top 30th in the sprints. Ohh I can´t wait for Ahlstrand to get better stats. |

No effort from Gasparotto at all, even with the hilly finish.
Bikienga is saving the race for us, need him to use his buffer to get a decent overall, however unlikely it is.

Well you will still have to compete with Lo Cicero, a declining Napolitiano still
Glad to see another win. Should be an okay points haul from this race, stage wins were what I was going for here.
