You may need to touch up some stuff, there's quite a lot of blank pixels next to the seams and lines, but apart from that it should look alright

Really Mars? You're complaining about others crushing your dreams, but in the meantime you can't give normal, constructive feedback either...
Will is showing some potential here, sure it's far from perfect, but at least he's not simply taking other guys' work and mess it up completely.
I'm no graphics specialist, so I can't give you any tips apart from keep trying and using the (little) feedback you're getting.

So here is my feedback
The jersey is good start. Nice mixture of colours and they all work well together and I like the different sponsors.
It is true that the white areas are pixelated, and so is the plis for the seams. I am guessing, and correct me if I am wrong, but you magic wanded the seams to select them and colours them red and also selected the areas inside the seams with the same wand technique and did the same but coloured white? That is good way of doing it, however careful where the colours meet/blend with each other.
There are two fixes you could try - one is when you magic wand the area, try to increase the area captured. This can be done by changing the threshold in gimp hut unsure with using .net. The other option is using the free select tool to trace the seam you want to colour inside of and colour a layer underneath. The overlap and the layering should make the blend together much smoother. It will take a lot of patience with zooming and moving around to make sure it is spot on, but worth it.
The seams can be recoloured in a simple way as well - take the base plis and invert the colour to make it white. Then colourise the whole layer. That will change the colour of the whole layer (including the blended areas of the plis) to the new colour. Again it will be a much better result.
Final point is on the logos on the shorts. The shimano logo is a little on the big size and the tacx logos seem a little random with their placement. They loom at different levels, unevenly spaced and don't look like they would match up in-game.
Sorry if it looks like I'm being try critical of your work, but I'm not. A lot of what I am saying is little tips that I slowly picked up over time 
EDIT: forgot to mention the BEL NC you did. The colours are in the wrong combination/order and it might look better without the white areas from the main jersey

The Russia jersey is a little untidy around the edge (overlaps the seams on the back to the under arm panel) plus you can see the outline of the white box around the logo on the front overlap with the seams and the NC stripes.
The shorts look a little untidy as well
