Not sticking to your own deadline. I think that Belkin should receive a penalty

Right, here are the points. It's of course the total one you need to look at. In general, I felt the level of the blogs has slightly gone down, but in the end I decided 2 stood out: Operation Headless Chicken and Birt in the Vuelta, they got the top scores.

And for the teams, I gave extra attention to those who kept their frontpage (wins, results, races, etc) updated. With their worked out goals, Cannondale takes the highest total.

How the f*ck does Hanzen earn less Points than Hinault? Granted the difference is small but i even started using images with Hanzen both earlier and more as well as rather more in-thread manager interaction and interactions in general as part of the Brouwer rivalry.
Also confused how Hinault only earns 50 WC points? Or rather why there only seems to 50 and 80 points given and what those 50 and 80 relate to?
Also can i as what the difference between WC Country and WC Team is?
Will also be looking for Aquali to up his Points in-take with FDJ

Right, my bad, forgot to tell you a few things
- Some people neglected their 18 year old rider, meaning their 23 year old rider gets a small penalty. It's pretty much cheating your way around the age rules, so that costed some people 20-30 points.
- Riders got 50 points for riding the Elites RR and 30 for the Elites TT.
- WC team is points for riders that got selected for your team. 10 points if one of your riders made it to the RR, 6 if he made it to the TT. I added a cap of 100 points max, because some teams were gettting too much out of it. Basicly every team listed as 100, was well over 100.
- WC country is for your work as a national manager. It look at the best result of your country in both the RR and TT, points were 50-40-30-20-10, working with the normal point categories, with 10 bring outside the top 20 / participating and reporting award
