Have you installed V1 and V1.2 of the Expansion Pack before this?
Remember about the V1.2, it fixes an important wheels bug

You have to install everything over again then, v1 is needed, v1.2 is just an update

Ooh, ok, I was assuming that you were talking about the daily db files. I guess that you should extract (as it's an archive file) the cdb files in a different path as the program files

The db go also in Document/Pro Cycling Manager 2014/Mod/Database.
