I've found a bug on your 2013 Tour de France, it happens on stage 9 the second central massif stage and the game crashes just before or after the first KoM points when the break goes through it. I'm also playing this on the 2013 version of the game and with the PCM database.

Definitely not a bug. It should only be a random crash ( yeah, random crash, you should really thank cyanide's guys )
There aren't really workarounds for this because it is a random crash. But since it is a random crash you should really try to re-play that stage, hoping to avoid that random crash.

It's just a shame that one of the official Stage maker of the game with quite 200 stages done in career is nominated?
Maybe you are the only one who dislikes my stages, maybe for envy, but as you can see other people inside and outside this forum likes it, and my last tour was also used in the management game.
So, if you don't like it, please shut up but don't put shame on others for env.
