You don't need uTorrent, i think the mirror download should work.
Not sure though, didn't try it myself.

I can kinda understand it, there are problems with viruses on some files. Not the daily DB though. And there's a startlist pack including the Giro, IIRC.

I vote Team Sky. As for the TTT, you should get the riders with plus 70 above 18 in order and for the less than 70 have them from 3 to 7. That usually works for me.

***
Orica GreenEDGE
**
Team Sky
*
Movistar Team
The first team out was my team, Tinkoff Saxo. We were obviously not favourites for the win we were just out there to limit our loses, We came in with a very disappointing time +1:04 down in 18th place.
Straight after us was Puritos Team, Team Katusha and were also looking to limit there loses like us, They came in with a better time than us but still disappointing coming12th 53 seconds down.
Bardiani Came in next and again were just looking to limit there loses, They Came just ahead of us in 16th exactly a minute down.
Lampre came in and were looking to try and get Niemec up there in the GC and came 11th +45 seconds down.
Lotto Belisol had a few decent Time Trialers in there squad but came in with a disappointing time, 19th +1:15s
Giant Shimano were hoping that they could lose as little time so that Kittel could take a few time bonuses on the sprints and end up in the Maglia Rosa, They Came in 15th +59s
Next were Astana, And they were a team who could cause a suprise, They came 10th +40s.
Then in Came Europcar 14th +58 seconds down that wasn't good for Rolland.
Trek Factory Racing, Where another team who could surprise today, But only came 8th 37 seconds down.
Cannondale had there interests with Viviani and Basso for the Maglia Rosa but came in 54 seconds down in 13th.
BMC had their interests with Cadel Evans. They had a rather good Team Time Trial team. They come 4th 18 seconds down.
AG2R aren't the most well known Team Time Trial Team but in this years Giro they have quit a few good ones, They came 7th +36 seconds down.
Neri Sottoli had one of the poorest Team Time Trial teams in the Giro they came 2nd to last +1:21 seconds down.
Next in Movistar Team who were hoping to put as much time into Main rival Purito. They came 3rd +13, 40 seconds ahead of Purito's Katusha.
Androni were another Team with a poor Team Time Trial Team they came 20th +1:18 seconds down.
Next in Belkin with a decent TTT Team, they came in 5th 25 seconds down.
Next in Colombia who came in last out of the 22 teams. 1 minute and 26 seconds down.
Orica GreenEDGE were favourites for todays stage but didn't come first they came 2nd, 2 seconds down.
In came Garmin-with Dan Martin : they had a good TTT. They came in 9th +39 seconds down.
Omega Pharma Quick Step are known as the best TTT Team but didn't have many good TT in there team, They came in 6th +32 seconds down.
The second to last team to come in where FDJ, They came in 17th +1:01 Down.
Last was Sky and they were the best, Narrowly beating Orica by 2 seconds. First across the line was Bernhard Eisel he would be in the Maglia Rosa tommorow.
