Bah what a load of bollocks (the race, not the report )
Predictable break win, and what had the potential to be a nice top 10 turned into 68th or whatever it was.
Another win from Eddie Stobart - guess it looks like not having a leader is the way to go next season

And another breakaway wins. Though after last year, not a surprise. We're going to have a bloody unpredictable season if things keep going like this. |

What the heck happened there? 6 km from the line, there are three Venchi riders in the front of the peleton, then suddenly they decide to just stop and drift to the back of the group? Even though Van Stayen was far behind, Van Avermaet could at least have given a good result a shot. Frustrating to say the least!
Great result for Eddie Stobart, though. Congrats!

Great victory of Eddie Stobart, strong ride from Partridge.
Big points for Heineken.

I'll take it. After the disappointment of Tachira this is a good re-boot.

Haha, loving the anarchy. Entertaining report, SN.
Great to see Gazelle blow up the sprinter teams in what looked like a coordinated move! It created a good situation for strong fighter types like Steegmans, Langeveld and Tolleson to attack and stay away.
This is exactly the style of riding our sponsors want to see from the team. Awesome performance!
And congrats to Eddie Stobart; huge result for a CT team.

PCM13 happened, welcome.
This was always going to end with the breakaway win, so i am very happy that Sosnitskiy jumped the bandwagon early and held greatly for 6th place. 11th for Nolan Hoffman is also very nice, he is always one of the most attentive riders in these situations and capitalized from it. Very good race for Metinvest, even more when some of the rival teams failed to score enough.
Last mention has to go to the report, which was a brilliant one, i think this kind of the report could serve as tutorial for man-game reporting.
Everything was there and even something extra, great job SN!
Congrats to Sutty, they are rolling right now!

Happy with a Top 10. Great win for Sutty, glad it wasn't one of my promotion challengers although, Heineken will have done will with 3 riders all placed (ahead of my own rider) in the top 10
Really liked the report. Didn't give away the "probably" obvious breakaway win until very near the end. Made for an exciting read.

34th and in the main group is a much better result than 80th and in the first dropped group, seems I learnt something from last year after all
we may have still failed to score points here but at least we achieved the goal I set of not all of them being dropped.

It is always nice to see a big young talent like Hirt already getting a decent result in his first pro year.

Fact, that he is your rider makes it even nicer, right?

Disastrous, my sure points scorer Gavazzi failing will spell out a very hard season indeed. Sprints are definitely a fickle thing.
And that's 2/2 for the break here right?
