So here is V1 of the database, as said it is not final.
If you think someone is heavily over/underrated here is what you do:
1. Go in table 2
2. Put rider ID in column A
3. Copy stats out of the table database in table 2
4. Change stats to what you think is more accurate
5. Repeat for all riders you think are over/underrated
6. Copy columns A-N and post them here or PM me
7. A little explanation why you want rider X stats to be changed would be nice
8. Hope and pray I will accept the change

Trying to heed your word and only adjust people who are heavily over- and under-rated, but keep getting tempted to lift stats of young Italian talents up a tiny bit...
