Good news for those who want to attack and hold the lead in the descend if they can downhill. Like Sagan
Such Nibbles, Much Risky, Very Reckless WOW

So today is the day, cant wait for it, hopefully we will have a proper race with suffering and almost 300kms, crowned by win of Sagan.
Of all riders who could win today, I hope that Sagan really doesn't win.
Yep,always good when the best man around does not win.

Depends who is watching. I would not mind that after last years Ciolek robbery.

I can see him podium, but honestly i dont know what he could do to escape riders like Cancellara or Sagan. They descend almost same as Nibbles and both are better in sprint and flat power.

True. But look at Gerrans' wheelsucking victory. Nibles could do that, too.
Though even if he wheelsucked Sagan for 200 km, he'd still lose the sprint, I think...
I just hope for a true winner. All respect to Ciolek but he wasn't meant to win last year, in my opinion. Of course he deserved it, but that wasn't Milan Sanremo.
Hope for a full edition now |

I really think Kwiatkowski can get some good result today. He has great acceleration, climbing abilities and some great sprint aswell + he's clearly in form. The only 2 things that might be his minuses are his age (imho, he's unexperienced for this kind of race ) and maybe a bit longer route than he's used to. At the end, it's Milano San Remo and everything can happen.
I'll support him today, definitely!

My tip: The early break will be formed by: Gretsch (Ag2r), Parrinello (or another Androni italian), Canola (or another Bardiani), Tuft (because Gerrans is injured the others can do what they like) and an offensive Fluo-rider (Colli?).
Well at least you got 1.

Well I have to say it's going to be close, and many people are throwing predicitions around left right and centre so I'm going to go with Hushovd just pipping Popovych to the line after a two-man 200km attack.

Rojas (MOV) apparently abandoned the race.

So desperate to win something he decided to claim the first to abandon honour. |

As a reaction to Rojas' abandon, RCS have stated there'll be no 4th place in this year's race. Riders finishing beyond the podium will be ranked from 5th place onwards. |
