Pieter will be useful on multiple terrains. He's a beast on the flat. Not as much as Mouris, but we can certainly use another one. He's also a good domestique in the hills and the mountains, and will be an excellent guy to break away. He's also not bad on the cobbles.

A lot of our fans have been waiting for this moment, so we couldn't wait any longer
Main sponsor: TomTom
TomTom is a Dutch manufacturer of navigation systems. They have an international reputation and are definitely wealthy enough to be the main sponsor of a cycling team. In fact, they are even the leading manufacturer of navigation systems in whole Europe.
They of course want us to focus on the BeNeLux market, but they are interested in whole Europe as well.
The fact that there was no Dutch Continental Team yet this year, made TomTom even more interested in sponsoring a team, given that they have a monopoly on Dutch publicity in most continental races.
Minor sponsor 1: KPN
KPN is a Dutch telecommunication company. Their reputation is somewhat smaller, but they have international business in Belgium, Spain, Germany & France as well. In most of those countries, they work under an other name.
Minor sponsor 2: Het Nieuwsblad
Het Nieuwsblad is a Belgian newspaper. While the newspaper itself only has interest in Belgium, it has a widely known name in the world of cycling. This is of course because a big cobbled race, Omloop het Nieuwsblad, is named after them. Het Nieuwsblad is mainly after showing the jersey in Belgian races.
Minor sponsor 3: Randstad
Not bringing in a lot of money, these guys will not get a big part of our shirt. But it's nice to have them on our team. Randstad is a human resource consulting firm, operating on all the continents. They are mainly interested in the BeNeLux in this case.
Clothing sponsor: Gruppetto Azzuri
A nice company that only started recently. It's completely under control of just 2 people: Jakstar22 & Krisa, and they were interested in sponsoring our jerseys.
Team Name:
Our team will be called Team TomTom. This sounds like a normal name, but it has a nice side-effect. Our team abbreviation will be TTT. And TTTs will probably be one of our better disciplines, given that we have Mouris in the team.
Our team nationality will be Dutch.
A jersey presentation will follow when the team is complete.
