Sprints is PCM always slightly risky. Then again there should always be some element of risk.
Otherwise one could spend an insane amount of money on the guy with the highest sprint stat and get a gaurenteed booty.... Oh wait
Don't know what you're talking about...
Oh, by the way, does someone want Bennati next season?

Well compared to Napolitano Bennati was a bargain!
Even so Napolitano has delivered at times - some of these sprinters have crazy wages. Cavendish was pretty high to ircc.

van Poppel isn't even sprinting anymore. This will be a waste. Please PCM logic, save my team

Leading in 3 classifications is certainly a good way to fight off relegation for Oz!
I wonder how close ING can get to Tinkoff at the top as well! 400 pts is probably too big a gap, but 2nd/4th in GC is a good points scorer.

No one should pass Dall'Antonia now (unless Rasmussen goes crazy). 6th is good enough for me. |

That's definitely something I was hoping for Of course the race ain't over and Cav may take the overall (at least he has a decent chance to do so), but if nothing goes seriously wrong in the final stage, this would be one of the best races we had this year.
So, please Rogers, Rasmussen, Ford and also Visconti: avoid any crashes or splits and just bring it home!

Was hoping for better results at this race, but it doesn't look like thats going to happen. The small amount of points we collect here still help tho!

Huge scoring against relegation by Oz here. Nice to see this.
Good scoring by ING as well is less nice for my team though. |

Wow 1 second!
Congrats to OZ, nice for them to get the better of Dave Z and especially on homesoil. two guys in top 5 would be stunning and a great result for the team!

Thanks, mate Always nice to see one cheering for Oz. Also thanks to roturn and rycardinho, of course!
Well, this was definitely our biggest race this year and nice to see this happening both on home soil and right in time. Of course I had high hopes for Rogers finally delivering in a stage-race, but winning so close (and winning at all) is just great Also huge job by Rasmussen to survive five road races in a row, most probably his best effort ever, which brings us some much needed points, too.
And credit where credit is due: my favorite rider Will Ford securing the white and good ol' Gerrans the polka dot - awesome. The boys certainly must have been top motivated here in Australia. Now to score some more points in our remaining races and avoid relegation, please
Oh, of course thanks for the quality reports, FD! Very enjoyable, as always.

Well that certainly makes this interesting! Moves Feillu up to 12th on GC as well which certainly improves our scoring somewhat. thanks for the reports FroomeDog!

Yeah count I cannot recall your sprinters doing much of note in the season (Vanspreybrouck doesn't count ).
Massive race for Oz who with a nice start in Utah may stick around in the PCT after all.
