Taking Katusha's suggestion, I will limit the applications to 20. This way riders will participate in more riders and you have more feeling with your rider. Otherwise it might take a while for your rider to get into action. Now the riders will be rotating more. In a possible 2nd season, other spots would open up, though.
Hope you all agree. You can follow your rider more closely this way. So right now we have 17 slots filled.
THERE IS ROOM FOR 3 MORE RIDERS
3 more people can join. I'd also like to keep the 21th slot open for sutty68, then. |

the_hoyle - I'll make a team schedule, depending on the type of riders we have. Then you can request the races you want your rider to race in.
Katusha - Indeed, thanks for the suggestion
ste_18 - Glad you like it! Thanks!
I'VE DECIDED TO DROP THE "TALENT" BIT. SO THERE'S NO NEED TO FILL THAT OUT ANYMORE. WORKING ON STATS RIGHT NOW |

Wow, we're definitely a sprinters team. My 'flat beast' rider definitely needs to do a lot of leadout work.

Wow, I never expected this to fill up so soon. Thank you all for joining. We definitely have some sprinters, Jesleyh. They will probably all get chances to go, depending on form & daily form Actually, after looking through the stats, I've noticed the sprinters are not so numerous. I'll check it over, but there are more punchers and sprinters!
WE'RE FULL! I'm just waiting on an answer from sutty68 now. I'm making the stats for the other riders! I'll post a first version later on, see if you all agree with them!
First version of the stats. Give me some feedback (PM or below)
I want the riders to have a fighting chance in ProConti league, but I don't want them to develop into 85 monsters in 1 season, so I think this is pretty good. I'm not sure, though.

Those seem great, Ian!
You managed to keep it rather balanced.
But allright, if you want feedback, maybe Calle's HI stat can go up a little bit(1 point might be enough )
But really, great stats there. Won't be easy to survive in PCT, but hey, we're better than Novo Nordisk
Edit: Btw, is it intended that Totti has 78 Acc? It seems extremely high to me.

Glad to see happy faces with those stats. I'm editing them a little bit as I create the database.
Of course, the starting stats are important, but obviously it will depend on you how the rider develops. If you look closely, you can see main stats can grow with a maximum of 21 points, so if you're 64 climbing, you can still grow to 85 if you complete all the achievements!
Jeselyh - Raised 1 hill Totti is an attacker pur sang, so yes, he's our little lightning bolt |

Can my rider have 1 more in hill and 2 on flat? If yes, then for the balance can you cut the ftr and the dh with 2-2, so 4 points in exchange for 3

Thanks
Looking forward to the season.
Also, just a suggestion,
Maybe, to help the domestiques, you can also bring in *Leader wins a race* in some way, so that helpers have more chance to improve as well.
Especially TTist(who can't win anywhere on a normal road stage) can barely improve in anything else than TT at this moment. And yes, my rider is a TTist, I'm subjective here.
Not sure how to implement it though.
@Jaxika Your rider is already the strongest on the hills, what's the problem?
