Furdi seems set to ruin a very Rodriguez Oliver race.
So Gazelle blitzing another stage race, but Iberia still set for a strong score. Worked out nicely for Gazelle that Westra won Stage 5 for the bonus seconds, likewise Sanchez getting in on the act rather than Rodriguez on Stage 6 - albeit costing Iberia the race lead.
@Ste Maybe theres a link with the fact that he is actually riding a C2 race this time He was probably wasted in some C1 races when he could have been trying to win some of those C2 races that Gazelle swept up

Great result! I'm absolutely delighted with the way Weening, Westra and Furdi were working together. They attacked in turns, maximizing the chance of finding the right timing and forcing others to chase.
Furdi's winning attack was a combination of his famous explosiveness and perfect timing. Unexpected but deserved winner.
First goal of the season reached. And a good haul of points. But Iberia have also scored well indeed.
@Crommy, SN; the order of the U25 and Team Classification are scrambled.

Love to see Gazelle winning, my absolute favorite CT team. With a little bit of tweaking in next season they could absolutely be charging for the PT aswell. DD is brilliant at picking out the right riders for the races he attend. Well done.

Completely anonymous race for us, very disapointing really.
Congrats to Gazelle again.... (this does get boring to say every time you know!)

Looked perfect, then a tactical error sees Furdi overtaking JRod. Still happy with 2nd + 4th and a stage win. Should have more points than Gazelle |

Great race from both Gazelle and Iberia (no surprise, but still).
Loved the reports as well. Brilliant stuff, Crommy!

Only our third stage win of the season and Golas on home soil with an unexpected sprint victory makes it sweeter. Congratulations to Furdi and his team Gazelle.
SN yes you are right, I have made a mistake with Niemiec, should of been racing more C2 races than C1, mistake learn't the hard way haha

After a few days in Russia I am back home and pick up the delusion that this race was ... Had plenty of hope on conquering a good result, but nothing went well and the points earned are very few ...
Thanks for the reports crommy and ongrats to Gazelle
