Eneco Tour has 7 stages this year, 4 in Belgium, 3 in the Netherlands IIRC. For results, you can check this link

Mark Renshaw didnt lose any time. I heard he got a puncture but it seems as if that did not matter. |

Yup, there is a rule in cycling that if you lose time while you cant do anything about it (eg crash or puncture, not break in the peloton) the jury will probably give you the same time as the group you were in, as is the case here.

It's in Zeeland so completely flat. But the organisers have been so stupid to make some local laps which doesn't really work with echelons.
But the peloton has already splitted it seems
