I wish I could do stages. I wanted to make some cobbles in a hard climbing stage. Maybe like a downhill of a HC climb to 25km of cobbles and flat, then go back up a cat 1 or HC. A true difference maker type stage. And put it near the end of the race (stage 18,19 or 20). Not for sure in the TDF, but would love 1 more climbing stage right in the middle of about 2 flat days, then climb and then 2 flat.
Perhaps in the tour of Calafornia or similar, and make the race 2 days longer.
Bad idea. Cobbled mountain AI SUCKS. Riders like Cancellara attack, and the GC favorites do nothing at all.

Tough last third of your tour.
Even I do not like such steep slopes and prefer more realistic routes I have no right to blame you for. Its your fantasy tour and thus your decision. Keep the motivation high to finish your own Tour de France. There can't be enough out there

A 63km MTT? Oh wow, tough.
Wonder if the AI can properly handle that though

Froome would love this course. He could go full retard on that one.

Realistic slopes, without parts at 18-20 %
That's quite realistic. A hill behind my house has a section at 31% for 200m. It's not too odd. Remember, I'm tracing these routes to the letter(or best as possible), so the grades are almost always real. I sometimes go back and equalize the climbs, but there is no reason to on a "real" stage. Hope that makes sense.
I'm fairly sure if you trace the route to the letter then you wouldn't get the uneven slopes with the extremely high maximum percentages

I did say as best as possible.
@Jesleyh: The AI is slow on Easy, Medium, and Hard, and then wins by 10 minutes on Extreme.
