I actually ordered it few minutes ago. Don't know what's problem for ya guys. Might be that you pre-ordered it,and i ordered it,but it's quite stupid reason. Who knows.
Going now,will try game tonight,i can't wait!

Same here, Game is unlocked. (I deleted it first, I pre ordered, tried again installing it, same thing happens)
But, thing is, when you 'install' the game, you download an 105.2 mb file. (not enough for the game off course)
When you go to the folder (steamapps, common, pro cycling manager 2013) there is idd no executable but not even a game at all as it looks...
So I guess we have to wait when it's fixed  |

you will also be missing the ~10gb of files for jerseys, bikes, stages, background, menus etc... like the rest of us

For me, it stands as being fully downloaded(even thought, the file docent seem to big), but when i start the game the problem stats "Failed to Start the Game (Missing Executable)" |
