It's not that bad considering he only loses half a minute to Dumoulin and Kangert who had the same wind conditions

Difficult to draw conclusions with the wind.
I think we can assume both Kangert and Dumoulin beat Verdugo and Hollenstein under normal circumstances, so that's at least 15 seconds due to the wind.

Well, it's clear to me, Meyer won, unless wind suddenly changes, but it's too late for that to happen I think. Man, annoying how the wind can ruin the excitement in the TT
