Still got 2 in the top 10 of the GC and we've also got the teams classification, now we just need to hope we can drop lutsenko on one of the stages and move from second to first in that category with Alizadeh.

Once we hit the mountains there's no way you're keeping the Teams Classification. I got Ndbri, Martinez and Camano |

Grrr, I thought we had that one. You win this time Sammy!
And what about Kononenko! 3rd, 2nd, 3rd, he is building up some bonus seconds and sneaking some points for a green jersey campaign though I hope Ghafari will get that one
Can't wait for tomorrow, my riders look in good form and Rohregger seems kinda fragile
Another great report Pelli, it had me on the edge of my seat

We finally scored a point in this race yay!
Zico Waeytens take a bow!
Anyway, the first mountain stage is up next and I hope that Naibo and Rohregger can make their mark!

Ouch... But good guy Valentin
This is a fantastically active race, and you can never tell how its going to unfold!
Can't wait for Stage 4, and then we will see Parra climbing likes he's a 747

I thought it was another win for Armavia there, but interesting racing really.
Excited about this next stage, going to be a real test for Rohregger who as others say doesn't seem to fancy it at the moment. Rodas looks up for it though - who is going to get my support following that careless crash by Parra Busta.
oh yeah I'm supposed to be hiding .... eekk here come the lynchmob!

wow Jiriakov seemed to come out of nowhere to take that stage win, Now he's moved up to third on GC and Alizadeh is also in the top 10 GC.
When that big group got clear featuring many of teh favourites I got worried as we didn't have anyone in it but luckily they all sat up and got brought back rather quickly.
loving the all action racing so far and I hope it continues in the mountains.

This race is so full of action that the first thing I do after getting home from work, is to check if the next stage is up- I can eat later
I actually celebrated a bit early there, as I thought Feng could survive all the way in, but in the end we got a great result with a 5th for Yeung and Suryadi is still up there as well.
Next stage is not made for Armavia, but hopefully we'll not loose to much time to the likes of Ndbri, Martinez, Alizadeh and the other top guns.
Once again, nice reporting Pellizotti! |

Unfortunately I've only seen most the reports on my phone, but can only say I'm ecstatic with the result so far. So happy we've managed to defend the jersey for so long. Hoping Rodas has some good form in the mountains to come

I like green jerseys (See Algeria and Bretagnes ) Well done Kono, who can climb fairly well and perhaps my team will decide he's my new leader now...
Now I just need a stage win...

Ahah... So Kononenko is now my leader, obviously.... Mestre tried but wasn't strong enough... Perhaps he can win a breakaway stage later on.
Now Oleksandr: Win those 3 damn flat stages please...

Wow, great riding from Martinez, I like that gap on Rohregger. A bonus is that we have the leaders jersey providing extra points over the flat stages
Now it's time for Ghafari who I hope can win a stage, and get the Green Jersey |

Another exciting and active stage, becoming a regularity in the Middle East.
GC certainly is interesting, and Martinez certainly now has the advantage
Colorado knocking on the top10, and Parra not afraid to attack, which is all good.
Going to need Chicci to step up on the flat though

Strong climbing from Martinez. He opened up quite a gap on Rohregger and Rodas. Will be hard for the others to overtake him with support from Ndibri.

My guys climbed much better than I had expected them to do, so can't really complain
Really strong showing by Kenya Airways today. Now we'll see which sprinters have saved their legs most over the first 4 stages. Will be a great fight! |

Kenya Airways Anybody, but them.
Congrats froomedog
I must say, the MTN squad has really impressed me with their control. And Lutsenko is still up there! I hope he can maybe grab a few results here and there and hopefully he can keep the best young rider jersey! Although, I fear Alizadeh will proove to be a bit too strong.
Happy with Rodas grabbing 3rd place on that stage. I hope we can see him sneek into the top 5 or top 3!

Jiriakov has still got hird on GC which is great news as I thought he was going to lose it to Rohregger today, and Alizadeh has already started to close the gap on Lutsenko for teh young riders jersey and those final few seconds shouldn't be too hard for him to take back later on in the race. Also with him also still in the top 10 GC it's looking likely that we'll get a good haul of points from this one.

Ugh,
Anyone but Martinez I think Rohregger could pull back in the ITT, but Martinez is far too good at that discipline to make up that much time. So there is much more work to be done if we want the GC.
Great performance from Schrangl to finish with the 3rd group, but Naibo, very disappointing to see him lose 4 minutes.
Great report Pelli

Bad positioning cost Ghafari a higher finish today, but it is a step towards the points jersey anyway. I guess I am happy with Martinez staying safe.
Another nice report Pelli |
