For design and colors mainly I'll leave that too you. You could probably mainly use the Cannondale13 jersey and just modify it to include the RedBull sponsorship, or if you want to make a more red bull dominated jersey in terms of color etc, that would be equally great.
Also, when you get the time, some NC versions of the jersey would be good too. I'll need RR and TT versions for both Italy and Slovak Republic.

Generally loving the logos, but I just have to clear a thing regarding SRM.
Is it this logo you want or did you mean S-Ram?
I'll probably go with a combination of the Liquigas green and Red Bull red as the main colours, but we'll see what kind of inspiration comes when I start designing...

SRM being the power meter. I think its funny to make Nibbles use one 
EDIT: Just doubled checked that was the same logo. I'd only seen the all black version before XD.
Incidently, S-Ram can still be a sponsor. Just realised they have a partnership with Cannondale. I think all, or nearly all the sponsors for that RBC are either RBR sponsors or Cannondale ones.
