Great win from Tyler Day, also great report from such a short flat race. I obviously cheer from our friends from MTN as i have deep feelings for developing South Africans and that team. Metinvest former rider Fouche did brilliant job for his leader, deserved win!

Arturs did quite well, Saramotins should never attack...

A lot of aggressive riding again, which is good to see. Guys with sprints are always useful in crit style racing.
Reminds me very much of the recent televised crit races in the UK, a lot of nice commentary on aggressive racing featuring low level riders. Great excitement for all involved.

Even though it's "just" a crit race, it's interresting to finally see a breakaway managing to take it all in this years man-game. Great reporting roturn! |

Well done, Konte. Perfect timing there, and once again an interesting race.

Another very active and attacking crit, makes for some really unique and interesting situations. This one shows it is possible for a favourite if they go with the right moves.
From a Jelloul point of view, a poor stage in support of the leader, I wonder if he can show himself in the final two races.

Seemed to me like Van Heerden and Ben Youcef would overtake the other two. Congrats to Abdallah! The final sprint between Abdallah and Day will be very exciting.

Great win from Abdallah, surely very good sprinter and deserved win, although the opponents were coming fast. Looking forward to last stage thriller to decide the "overall".

Nice racing and nice reporting! Hopefully the riders in the last race will be just as aggressive as in the three previous. |

Van Heerden should definitely learn to position himself a bit better. It was a brilliant sprint but unfortunately from far back... Velits with a nice sprint as well, hope he will perform like this in some breakaways this season.
And congrats of course to MTN with a nice 1-2 here. |

Nice one. Would have expected Day to win this, but Abdallah showed his manager, who's the better of this two. Also nice to see one grabbing points in all of the four Crits!
I wonder if we will see both Day and Abdallah continuing this battle in Qatar but that's a new story..

First class job here roturn - Abdullah has a fair bit of experience in the man-game CTour, so not a great surprise that he proved the best over a decent coming out parade for Day.
I look at the racing here and it compares very favourably to the frankly rubbish AI for the nationals, which could probably do with a slight reform come the end of the season.
Very well run so far and congratulations to MTN.

I was pretty much convinced by the AI here. Compared with last years Div2 with 5 rider teams it was a huge step up imo.
On the other hand this might be just me as the ~50km stages obviously do favour small teams. Might be similar to last years experiences on longer circuits.
@FroomeDog: Wasn`t too bad. Kangangi did very well on the hilly stage. And as your riders aren`t sprinters at all there was not much chance for you on the flat stages.

I guess so. Though I wanted Ghafari to maybe get a top 5 and Chaoufi to do better on the hilly stage, it doesn't really matter
Anyway big thanks for running these Roturn, I'm looking forward to the rest |
